    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for reporting, from a user equipment (UE), beam failure recovery (BFR) information for multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs) via a BFR medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE) in multi-TRP deployment scenarios. In some aspects, the UE may monitor a beam failure status for each of a first TRP and a second TRP and may transmit a BFR MAC-CE if the UE detects a beam failure for the first TRP or the second TRP. The UE may include, in the BFR MAC-CE, a status indicator field that indicates the beam failure status for each of the first TRP and the second TRP and whether a candidate reference signal is reported for identified TRPs of the first TRP and the second TRP for which a beam failure is detected.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may receive a control message indicating a set of multiple resources for which the UE may predict interference information. The UE may select a codebook from a set of multiple codebooks to compress the interference information for the set of multiple resources that follows the control message. The UE may select the codebook based on the set of multiple resources associated with the interference information The UE may transmit a report indicating the interference information predictions to a network entity. That is, the report may include the interference information that may be compressed using the selected codebook. The network entity may receive the report and decompress the interference information to retrieve the predicted interference information for a wireless communications system.

    Abstract: A UE may identify, in at least one round of a federated learning procedure, at least one gradient update based on local data and a local copy of a machine learning model associated with the federated learning procedure. The UE may transmit, in the at least one round of the federated learning procedure, for a network node, an indication of the at least one gradient update based on a sign of the at least one gradient update and a non-coherent orthogonal modulation scheme.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling that includes an indication that the UE is configured to report multiple values associated with maximum permissible exposure. Each of the multiple values may be of a same type but associated with different transmission aspects of the UE, the different transmission aspects including at least different transmission beams or different antenna panels. The UE may transmit a first maximum permissible exposure value associated with a first transmission aspect of the UE. The UE may transmit a second maximum permissible exposure value associated with a second transmission aspect of the UE and transmitted as a differential value based at least in part on the first maximum permissible exposure value.
