Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for reporting, from a user equipment (UE), beam failure recovery (BFR) information for multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs) via a BFR medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE) in multi-TRP deployment scenarios. In some aspects, the UE may monitor a beam failure status for each of a first TRP and a second TRP and may transmit a BFR MAC-CE if the UE detects a beam failure for the first TRP or the second TRP. The UE may include, in the BFR MAC-CE, a status indicator field that indicates the beam failure status for each of the first TRP and the second TRP and whether a candidate reference signal is reported for identified TRPs of the first TRP and the second TRP for which a beam failure is detected.

Abstract: In operation, the UE in the cell (SpCell/SCell) may be configured to operate with beam group specific BFRs, cell-level BFRs, or combinations of them under a beam failure configuration that is determined according to various rules. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) and a UE is disclosed. The method includes determining a beam failure configuration for a serving cell, the beam failure configuration including at least one of a beam failure parameter of a beam group or a beam failure parameter of a cell; and detecting, in the serving cell based at least in part on the beam failure configuration, a beam failure recovery (BFR) based at least in part on the beam failure configuration. The beam failure configuration is determined based on various rules that control the operation of the BFR.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may receive a control message indicating a set of multiple resources for which the UE may predict interference information. The UE may select a codebook from a set of multiple codebooks to compress the interference information for the set of multiple resources that follows the control message. The UE may select the codebook based on the set of multiple resources associated with the interference information The UE may transmit a report indicating the interference information predictions to a network entity. That is, the report may include the interference information that may be compressed using the selected codebook. The network entity may receive the report and decompress the interference information to retrieve the predicted interference information for a wireless communications system.

Abstract: Mechanisms for cross-carrier scheduling from a first cell to a second cell in a wireless networking scheme are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a base station (BS), a first configuration for scheduling in a first cell having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), wherein the first configuration is associated with a first search space in the first cell. Abstract: A parameter server located at a base station may coordinate federated learning among multiple user equipment (UEs) using over-the-air (OTA) aggregation with power control to mitigate aggregation distortion due to amplitude misalignment. The parameter server may select a first group of UEs for a first OTA aggregation session of a federated learning round based on a common received power property of each UE in the first group of UEs. The parameter server may transmit a global model to the first group of UEs. Each UE in the first group may train the global model based on a local dataset and transmit values associated with the trained local model. The parameter server may receive, on resource elements for the first group of UEs, a first aggregate amplitude modulated analog signal representing a combined response from the first group of UEs.

In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling that includes an indication that the UE is configured to report multiple values associated with maximum permissible exposure.
