    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment may receive an indication of a pre-paging signal configuration for reception of a pre-paging signal associated with a first cell. The UE may monitor for the pre-paging signal from the first cell in response to one or more conditions being satisfied, the one or more conditions based at least in part on the pre-paging signal configuration. In some examples, the UE may receive, based on the monitoring, the pre-paging signal from the first cell, and the UE may output an alert message associated with receiving the pre-paging signal, the alert message indicating for the UE to be relocated to improve coverage.

    Abstract: A method for obtaining flight path information comprises: receiving, at a network entity, a capability report indicating a capability of a UE to report a flight path of the UE; and transmitting, from the network entity, a flight path report message that requests the UE to provide: partial-path reporting by reporting first flight path information indicative of a portion of the flight path of the UE that is less than all of the flight path; or triggered reporting by reporting second flight path information in response to occurrence of a trigger event, the second flight path information indicative of at least some of the flight path of the UE; or differential reporting by reporting third flight path information indicative of a difference between a present flight path of the UE and a previous flight path of the UE; or any combination thereof.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some examples a user equipment (UE) may transmit a message indicative of a capability of the UE to perform one or more propagation delay compensation (PDC) operations for limited band communications. In such examples, the limited band communications may be associated with communications via a carrier having a carrier bandwidth below a threshold bandwidth and the limited band communications may be associated with a link budget for a clock synchronization service. Such PDC operations may include a timing advance (TA) based PDC operation, a round trip time (RTT) based PDC operation, or both. The UE may receive a unicast control message that indicates a PDC operation of the one or more PDC operations for the limited band communications by the UE. In accordance with the unicast control message, the UE may perform the PDC operation for the limited band communications.

A UE may receive control signaling indicating feedback codebook types that the UE is permitted to use for transmitting feedback codebook payloads in feedback time slots and indicating that switching between feedback codebook types is enabled. The UE may monitor for, and a network entity may transmit, one or more first messages within one or more first time slots and one or more second messages within one or more second time slots. The UE may transmit, in a first feedback time slot, a first feedback codebook payload in accordance with a first feedback codebook type based on the monitoring, and may transmit, in a second feedback time slot, a second feedback codebook payload in accordance with a second feedback codebook type based on the monitoring and on the control signaling indicating that switching between feedback codebook types is enabled.
