    Abstract: Aspects include systems, methods, devices, and non-transitory processor readable storage mediums for managing a broadcast signal of an apparatus for wireless communication. Various aspects may enable an apparatus to send a message using either omnidirectional transmissions or beamformed transmission based on whether the altitude of the apparatus meets an altitude threshold. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may determine a type of the message and may select the altitude threshold based on the determined message type. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may send the message using beamformed transmissions in response to determining that the message is intended for reception by a certain type of second apparatus.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be aboard an aerial vehicle such that the UE is above ground, and in some cases, moving above ground (e.g., flying). The UE may determine to perform an emergency communication procedure (e.g., an emergency call) while the UE meets one or more flying state conditions, where the one or more flying state conditions may be indicative that the UE is in a flying state. The UE may transmit a message to a base station as part of the emergency communication procedure, where the message may be indicative that the UE meets the one or more flying state conditions. The UE may participate in the emergency communication procedure while the UE is in the flying state.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control information indicative of a resource allocation for reception of periodic multi-slot multi-cast transmissions. In some aspects, the control information may indicate a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration for multi-cast, multi-slot signaling. The resource allocation may include a set of multiple reception occasions over a set of multiple slots. The UE may receive one or more transport blocks during the set of multiple reception occasions over the set of multiple slots. In some aspects, the UE may transmit feedback information for the one or more transport blocks.

For instance, a network entity can transmit, to an aerial user equipment (UE), policy information associated with a communication interface of a wireless network.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a radio resource control (RRC) configuration that indicates that hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback associated with a downlink HARQ process is disabled or enabled. The UE may receive a downlink control information (DCI) communication that overrides the RRC configuration. The UE may selectively transmit HARQ feedback, associated with the downlink HARQ process, for a downlink transmission based at least in part on the DCI communication. The UE may selectively initiate, based at least in part on selectively transmitting the HARQ feedback, physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring associated with the downlink HARQ process based at least in part on at least one of the RRC configuration or the DCI communication.
