    摘要： A facade structure comprises a load-bearing underground, an insulating layer fastened to the load-bearing underground, said insulating layer being made of dimensionally-stable insulating panels with flat and supporting outer surfaces, and a tile covering which forms the outer skin of the facade structure and which comprises a plurality of tile elements fastened to the insulating layer by way of an adhesive, wherein the adhesive is designed to be elastic and is applied to the tile elements and/or the insulating layer in point or row-like fashion, and that spacers are disposed between the tile elements and the insulating layer, said spacers defining hollow interconnected spaces between the individual tile elements and the insulating layer.

    摘要： An insulation retention apparatus includes a non-gas-permeable plastic sheet. At least a first foam strip is affixed to the non-gas-permeable plastic sheet along a first side and at least a second foam strip is affixed to the non-gas-permeable plastic sheet along a second side, wherein the first side is substantially opposite the second side. An adhesive is positioned on each of the first and second foam strips, wherein the first foam strip is affixed to a first overhead structural beam with the adhesive and the second foam strip is affixed to a second overhead structural beam with the adhesive, wherein the first overhead structural beam is positioned spaced from the second overhead structural beam wherein the non-gas-permeable plastic sheet is extended therebetween, and wherein a quantity of insulation is retained on the non-gas-permeable plastic sheet.

    摘要： A roof reflector system that is used to reflect solar radiation away from a rooftop. The system uses lines of flags that are strung across the rooftop in parallel rows. Each line of flags contains a plurality of flags that are aligned side-by-side. The flags are reflective to solar radiation. A common ribbon joins the flags into a line of flags. The base of each flag is coupled to the ribbon so that the flags hang away from the bottom edge of the ribbon. Brackets are provided that that can be selectively mounted to the roof. Each of the brackets has a connector that receives and retains the ribbon, therein supporting the ribbon at a first elevation above the roof. The length of each of the flags is greater than that first elevation. As a result, the flags touch the roof and fold along the roof, therein shielding the roof from the heat of the sun.
