The present invention relates to a broadcast signal transmitting apparatus for transmitting a broadcast signal, a broadcast signal receiving apparatus for receiving a broadcast signal, and a method for transmitting and receiving a broadcast signal. A broadcast signal transmitting method according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: encoding data pipe (DP) data corresponding to each of a plurality of DPs that transmit one or more service components; mapping the encoded DP data to data symbols to generate one or more signal frames; modulating data existing in the one or more signal frames through an OFDM scheme; and transmitting a broadcast signal having the modulated data.

A method and an apparatus for receiving broadcast signals thereof are disclosed. The apparatus for receiving broadcast signals, the apparatus comprises a receiver to receive the broadcast signals, a demodulator to demodulate the received broadcast signals by an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) scheme, a frame parser to parse a signal frame from the demodulated broadcast signals, a decoder to decode data in the parsed signal frame and an output-processor to output-process the decoded data.

The present invention provides a broadcast signal transmitting method. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal according to the present invention may comprise: a step of encoding data pipe (DP) data according to a code rate, the step of encoding DP data comprising a sub-step of forward error correction (FEC) encoding the DP data, a sub-step of bit-interleaving the FEC encoded DP data, and a sub-step of mapping the bit-interleaved DP data to constellation according to the code rate; a step of generating at least one signal frame by mapping the encoded DP data; and a step of modulating data of the generated signal frame by an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme and transmitting a broadcast signal including the modulated data of the signal frame.

Disclosed are a method for merging and transmitting, by a network, VRU messages and an apparatus therefor. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, through an uplink, a first VRU message including information on a first VRU; and transmitting, through a downlink at a preconfigured time point, a second VRU message in which a plurality of VRU messages received from a plurality of VRUs for a preconfigured time period are merged, wherein it is determined whether to merge the first VRU message with the second VRU message according to a mobility change calculated on the basis of previous mobility information on the first VRU and mobility information obtained from the first VRU message, and, when the mobility change is greater than or equal to a preconfigured threshold, the first VRU message is transmitted through the downlink without merging the first VRU message with the second VRU message.

Proposed is a method for communicating, by a vehicle, with a user terminal in a wireless communication system. The method may comprise: detecting an event which has occurred to a user of the user terminal; and transmitting a message for requesting assistance associated with the safety of the user. In addition, the message for requesting the assistance may include information regarding the event which has occurred to the user and information regarding a duration time of the assistance.
