An apparatus is capable of restoring a clock of a second node in a communication system with a symmetric network construction of a first node that is capable of receiving a Global Positioning System (GPS) signal, and the second node that is not capable of receiving a GPS signal. The method includes identifying synchronization information received from the first node, determining a delay with the first node, generating a clock using the synchronization information and delay, removing a clock phase being out of a reference range in a phase identification interval, dividing the phase identification interval into at least two subdivision intervals, and removing a clock phase being out of a normal operation range of a phase in each subdivision interval.

The present invention relates to a portable terminal and method of displaying a content list using the same. A content list may be classified into groups according to a classification criterion corresponding to an arrangement method selected by a user. The classified groups may be displayed to be visually distinguishable. A first group belonging to the classified groups may be displayed with a background in a first color. The background of a second group may be displayed in a second color different from the first color, and a background of a third group may be displayed in the first color. Accordingly, a user can easily recognize that attribute information associated with the content has changed.

A semiconductor chip package includes a substrate having a cavity, a stacked package comprising the semiconductor chip package, and methods of fabricating the chip and the stacked packages. According to an example embodiment, the semiconductor chip package includes a substrate comprising a substrate body having a first main surface, a second main surface, and a cavity that defines an opening in the first main surface, and a layer of electrically conductive material integral with the substrate body. The layer of electrically conductive material constitutes an interconnection pattern of the substrate. The semiconductor chip packages further includes a semiconductor chip disposed within the cavity and mounted to the substrate. The chip includes electrical contacts in the form of pads and the pads face in a direction towards the bottom of the cavity such that the chip has a flip-chip orientation with respect to the substrate. The pads are electrically conductively bonded to respective portions of the interconnection pattern.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a flash memory device. In the method, after forming a cell string and source/drain selection transistors, it forms a first oxide film in which a sidewall oxide film and a buffering oxide film are stacked, a nitride film, and a second oxide film for spacer on the overall structure. Then, source/drain contact holes are formed. Thus, the source/drain selection transistors are prevented from being exposed while etching the source/drain contact holes, which enhances the reliability of the flash memory device.

An apparatus and method for forming a user interface for a mobile terminal based on human relations are provided. The method includes creating a piece of log data corresponding to a communication event, calculating a level of intimacy between the user and a counterpart for a target duration using the log data and displaying human relations of the user on the basis of the intimacy level. A user item representing the user and a counterpart item representing the counterpart are displayed in a human relations network screen. Lower-level screens are allocated to provide summary and detailed information on the log data and to enable communication. A new user interface, which is based not on functions but on human relations, enables the user to readily identify a trend in human relations and levels of communication with other persons.
