Abstract: The disclosure provides a display driver, applied to process image data sent by a processor, the driver includes a time sequence controller, a data receiver connected with the time sequence controller electrically, an image processing module, a data storage module, a pulse width modulation register and a source electrode driver; when the display processor sends static image data, the static image data received by the data receiver is processed by the image processing module, the pulse width modulation register stores a backlight adjustment signal generated by the image processing module first processing the static image data, the static image data processed by the image processing module is stored in the data storage module, the time sequence controller controls the source electrode driver to read the static image data stored in the data storage module, simultaneously reading the backlight adjustment signal stored in the pulse width modulation register to adjust backlight.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a method of manufacturing a low temperature poly-silicon array substrate, an array substrate and a display panel. The method includes: disposing a substrate, and forming a buffer layer on the substrate; depositing first gas mixture and doped ionized gas by using vapor deposition to form a doped amorphous silicon thin film on the buffer layer; depositing second gas mixture by using vapor deposition to dehydrogenate the amorphous silicon thin film; performing an annealing treatment to the amorphous silicon thin film being dehydrogenated to diffuse dopant ions so as to form a polysilicon layer; and patterning the polysilicon layer.

Abstract: The invention provides a driving method and driver circuit for in-cell touch display panel. The method comprises: Step 10: providing a GOA circuit, comprising a plurality of cascade GOA units; Step 20: controlling the n-th stage GOA unit to charge the n-th horizontal scan line of the touch display panel following a preset timing sequence; Step 30: dividing GOA units into first and second types of GOA units, with each first type GOA unit corresponding to a first horizontal scan line at which a next scanning starting after completing a TP scanning, and the remaining GOA units as second type GOA unit; Step 40: the size of first type GOA unit being greater than the circuit of second type GOA unit to provide a greater thrust to corresponding scan line than second type GOA unit. As such, the uneven display phenomenon of in-cell touch display panel is improved.

Abstract: The invention provides a GOA circuit, the forward-and-reverse scan control module of the GOA circuit comprising: a first TFT and a third TFT, the first TFT having the gate connected to the gate scan drive signal of the (n−1)-th GOA unit, the source connected to the first constant voltage, and the drain connected to a first node; and the third TFT having the gate connected to the gate scan drive signal of the (n+1)-th GOA unit, the source connected to the first constant voltage, and the drain connected to the first node. With the two TFTs to control the switching of forward and reverse scanning of the GOA circuit, the present invention eliminates two control signals without increasing the numbers of TFTs and capacitors. As such, the selection for IC is increased, which enables the realization of narrow border LCD.

In summary, the driver structure for RGBW four-color panel of the present invention can reduce the panel power-consumption and the cost of driver IC, which enables improving flickering.

Abstract: An LCD panel is provided, which includes a substrate, a polarizing sheet disposed on a surface of the substrate, and a device disposed on another surface of the substrate. The device forms a device area. The LCD panel further includes a shielding layer, which is embedded within the polarizing sheet or disposed on the upper surface or lower surface of the polarizing sheet. The device area is blocked by the shielding layer to prevent generation of a photo leakage current. The present invention has the following advantages. The shielding layer and a poly-silicon layer are individually formed, thereby avoiding a damage caused by static electricity between a poly-silicon layer and a shielding layer (that is caused by forming the poly-silicon layer onto the surface of the shielding layer in the prior art), as well as reducing the manufacture of the metal-shielding layer of traditional LTPS technology, thereby reducing production costs.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a driving circuit based on liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel comprises a four-color pixel array arranged in a matrix. Each pixel in the four-color pixel array comprises two sub-pixels with different colors. Wherein, the driving circuit comprises a source driving circuit chip and multiple multiplexing circuits. The source driving circuit chip is used to provide multiple source driving signals. Each said multiplexing circuit is used to receive the source driving signal and transmits the source driving signal to multiple sub-pixel columns corresponding to the source driving signal in the four-color pixel array at different times. Through the above way, the present disclosure can greatly reduce the amount of the source driving signals, which greatly decreases the size of the source driving chip, and thus saves the costs of the source driving chip.
