摘要: An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a first antenna module configured to receive a serving beam from a first base station by forming a first beam; a second antenna module configured to measure an intensity of a signal of a neighbor beam received from a second base station by forming a second beam; a first temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature corresponding to the first antenna module; a second temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature corresponding to the second antenna module; at least one processor operatively connected to the first antenna module and/or the second antenna module; and a memory operatively connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory can store instructions which, when executed, cause the least one processor to: determine whether the first antenna module is in an overheated state based on a temperature of the first antenna module acquired from the first temperature sensor while performing communication with the first base station through the first antenna module and, based on determining that the first antenna module is in the overheated state, perform handover to the second base station based on channel measurement information regarding the second base station.

摘要: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, an error correction code (ECC) circuit, a fault address register, a scrubbing control circuit and a control logic circuit. The memory cell array includes memory cell rows. The scrubbing control circuit generates scrubbing addresses based on refresh operations performed on the memory cell array. The control logic circuit controls the ECC circuit such that the ECC circuit performs an error detection operation on a plurality of sub-pages in a first memory cell row to count a number of error occurrences, and determines whether to correct a codeword in which an error is detected based on the number of error occurrences. An uncorrected or corrected codeword is written back, and a row address of the first memory cell row may be stored in the fault address register as a row fault address based on the number of error occurrences.

The driver IC is configured to transmit the magnetic field signal using both the first antenna and the second antenna based on the switch short-circuiting the connection between the driver IC and the first antenna.
