    Abstract: A method and memory device with in-memory computing defection detection is disclosed. A memory device includes a memory including banks, wherein each bank includes a respective plurality of bit-cells, an in-memory computation (IMC) operator configured to perform an IMC operation between first data while the first data is in the bit-cells of the memory and second data received as input to the memory device, wherein the banks share the operator, and wherein the memory device is configured to: generate a first test pattern that is stored in the memory and generate a second test pattern applied to the IMC operator, and based thereon determine whether a defect has occurred in either the memory or the operator, and perform a repair based on the determination that a defect has occurred.

    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing on which at least a part of an external device operating communication in a frequency band of 20 GHz or higher is mounted, support members comprising a first support member connected to an area of the housing so as to support wearing of the electronic device in an area of the user's head while surrounding at least a part of the horizontal circumference of the user's head, and a second member surrounding at least a part of the vertical circumference of the user's head, and an antenna module disposed in an area of the second support member. The antenna module comprises an antenna layer comprising multiple patch antenna elements, a wireless circuit layer laminated on the lower portion of the antenna layer, and a heat-radiating layer laminated on the lower portion of the wireless circuit layer.

    Abstract: Provided is an analog-to-digital converter and a voltage offset correction method thereof. The analog-to-digital converter may include a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) configured to generate a first comparison voltage, a comparison circuit configured to output a first comparison result signal based on a result of comparing the first comparison voltage with a second comparison voltage, and a control circuit configured to control the DAC and output an output signal, wherein the DAC may include a correction circuit configured to generate a correction voltage by selectively switching switches connected to terminals to which a plurality of reference voltages are applied, and correct a voltage offset of the comparison circuit based on the correction voltage.

    Abstract: According to certain embodiments, an electronic device comprises a first housing comprising a first plate having a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface, and a first side frame forming a first space and at least partially surrounding the first plate; and a second housing comprising a second plate comprising a third surface facing a same direction as the first surface and a fourth surface facing away from the third surface, and a second side frame forming a second space and at least partially surrounding the second plate, wherein at least a portion of the first side frame of the first housing is coupled to at least a portion of the second side frame to be slidable in a first direction, and the first housing movable between a slide-out state and a slide-in state relative to the second housing; a flexible display comprising: a first portion extending across at least a portion of the third surface; and a second portion extending from the first portion and located in the first space in the slide-in state of the first housing, wherein, when the first housing is switched from the slide-in state to the slide-out state, at least a portion of the second portion is exposed to an outside so as to form a substantially same plane as the first portion; and a clearance compensation structure disposed in the second space and configured to at least partially cover a clearance space generated between the second side frame and the flexible display when the first housing is switched from the slide-in state to the slide-out state.
