摘要: Disclosed is an electronic device including a metal bezel including a bezel patch separated through a bezel slit, a printed circuit board including a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern, which are separated through a substrate slit and a communication module transmitting or receiving an antenna signal, using an antenna element including the bezel patch, the first conductive pattern, and the second conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern is connected to a part of the metal bezel. The bezel patch and the second conductive pattern is arranged to be aligned vertically. A bezel cavity is formed between the bezel patch and the second conductive pattern.

摘要: An electronic device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a first dielectric which forms at least a part of the front surface of the electronic device; a second dielectric which forms at least a part of the rear surface of the electronic device; a side surface member which surrounds a space formed between the front surface and the rear surface and of which a part comprises a third dielectric; a display positioned in the space and visually exposed through the first dielectric; and an antenna module positioned in the space. The antenna module comprises: a printed circuit board comprising a first surface which faces, in the space, the third dielectric, and a second surface which is oriented in a direction opposite to that of the first surface; and at least one antenna element which is disposed on the first surface or inside the printed circuit board so as to be adjacent to the first surface, and which forms a beam pattern toward the side surface member. In addition, other various embodiments are possible.

摘要: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, a sense amplifier circuit and a random code generator. The memory cell array is divided into a plurality of sub array blocks arranged in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction. The sense amplifier circuit is arranged in the second direction with respect to the memory cell array, and includes a plurality of input/output (I/O) sense amplifiers. The random code generator generates a random code which is randomly determined based on a power stabilizing signal and an anti-fuse flag signal. A second group of I/O sense amplifiers selected from among a first group of I/O sense amplifiers performs a data I/O operation by data scrambling data bits of main data. The first group of I/O sense amplifiers correspond to a first group of sub array blocks accessed by an access address.

摘要: A user equipment (UE) and a method of operating the UE. The UE a display, a cover, a transceiver, and an antenna array. The display partially forms a front surface of the UE. The cover partially forms a side surface of the UE and includes a plurality of electromagnetic strips . The transceiver transmits a signal including a vertical polarization element and a horizontal polarization element. The antenna array is electrically connected with the transceiver and disposed in the space such that, the antenna array is substantially non-overlapped with the cover. The vertical polarization element or the horizontal polarization element is substantially perpendicular to at least one of the plurality of electromagnetic strips.

摘要: An electronic device may receive discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle information from a first cell, may receive synchronization signal block measurement timing information including synchronization signal block measurement window information and synchronization signal block measurement period information, and may receive at least part of a first synchronization signal block from the first cell and at least part of a second synchronization signal block from a second cell neighboring the first cell, at a period indicated by the DRX cycle information based on the synchronization signal block measurement timing information. When reception timing of the first synchronization signal block and reception timing of the second synchronization signal block is less than a specified time duration, the device may receive the at least part of the first synchronization signal block in a first measurement window, and may receive the at least part of the second synchronization signal block within a second measurement window.

摘要: An electronic device comprises: a first cover constituting the front surface of the electronic device; a second cover constituting the rear surface of the electronic device; a memory included in a space formed between the first cover and the second cover; a processor included in the space and electrically connected with the memory; a first antenna and a second antenna included in the space and electrically connected with the processor; and a switch included in the space and connected to the first antenna and/or the second antenna, wherein the memory can include, during execution, instructions for: allowing the first antenna and the second antenna to be connected by shorting the switch when the processor executes a function corresponding to the first antenna; and allowing the first antenna and the second antenna to transmit magnetic field signals together. Other examples are also possible.

摘要: Disclosed is a memory device which includes a first memory cell connected to a word line and a first bit line, a second memory cell connected to the word line and a second bit line, and a row decoder selecting the word line, a row decoder configured to select the word line, and a column decoder. A first distance between the row decoder and the first memory cell is shorter than a second distance between the row decoder and the second memory cell. The column decoder selects the first bit line based on a time point when the first memory cell is activated.
