Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing TFT substrate, the method including: forming a first conductive layer and a gate electrode; forming a gate insulating layer covering the first conductive layer and the gate electrode; forming a first contact hole exposing the first conductive layer through the gate insulating layer; forming, on the gate insulating layer of a pixel area, an oxide semiconductor pattern comprising a first region which is conductive, a second region which is conductive, and a third region between the first region and the second region; forming a source electrode contacting the first region of the oxide semiconductor pattern, a drain electrode contacting the second region of the oxide semiconductor pattern and a second conductive layer contacting the first conductive layer on a non-pixel area. Each of the first region and the second region overlaps the gate electrode.

The display device includes a first data line on a first interlayer insulating layer over a substrate, a first power line and a second power line on a second interlayer insulating layer, the second interlayer insulating layer covering the first data line, and a plurality of pixels. A first pixel among the plurality of pixels includes a display element including a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode, the second power line being connected to the opposite electrode, and a driving thin film transistor between the substrate and the display element and including a driving semiconductor layer, a driving gate electrode, a driving source electrode, and a driving drain electrode, the first interlayer insulating layer covering the driving gate electrode, and the first power line being connected to the driving source electrode.

The first and second clock signals selectively toggle between the high-power-supply voltage and the first low-power-supply voltage, the third clock signal selectively toggles between the high-power-supply voltage and a second low-power-supply voltage, and the bias voltage is adjusted as the second low-power-supply voltage varies.
