摘要: A scan beam light quantity distribution method and apparatus using a two-dimensional area light receiving sensor (8) movable in the same direction as scan direction of a scan beam. The two-dimensional area light receiving sensor (8) detects a scan beam while moving in the scan direction of the scan beam. The scan beam received by the two-dimensional area light receiving sensor (8) is correlated with position information when stored in data storage section (10.) By using scan beam data stored in the data storage section, analysis is made on a light quantity distribution of the scan beam scanned in X-direction.

摘要: A round die type form rolling apparatus comprises: a pair of die moving blocks 15a, 15b rotatably supporting a pair of round dies 12a, 12b; four beam shafts 19 disposed around the rolling position of a work 33 being rolled by the round dies 12a, 12b and extending between the pair of die moving blocks 15a, 15b; and a push mechanism 20 for moving the pair of die moving blocks 15a, 15b toward each other. The die moving blocks 15a, 15b are moved, guided by the beam shafts 19, toward each other and the reaction forces generated between a pair of the round dies 12a, 12b by the rolling pressure are shared by the beam shafts 19 to prevent the round dies from escaping outwardly upwardly due to the reaction force from the work that is generated when the rolling pressure is applied to the work. This arrangement improves the machining precision of the work.

摘要: A method and apparatus for recording an operating status of an NC processing machine is provided. Measuring and recording operations can be performed with trial processing and actual processing distinguishing from each other. In order to record the operating status in a case where an NC apparatus is controlled to cause an NC processing machine i.e. a press brake, to perform continuous processing according to a processing program, a processing condition for a work used in previous processing is stored in a memory. A comparison/decision unit decides whether a processing condition for a work used in current processing coincides with the stored processing condition of the work in the previous processing. If the current processing condition coincides with the previous processing condition, a recording unit records the current processing as actual processing. On the other hand, if the current processing condition does not coincide with the previous processing condition, the recording unit records the current processing as trial processing.

摘要: This invention relates to a food production apparatus which is preferably used in the preparation of foods such as fried potatoes. In the invention, powder obtained by pulverizing and drying potatoes or the like is provided with water and stirred, and the resulting mixture is extruded to be formed into a predetermined shape. In the invention the mixture of the powder and water is shaped by extruding it through extrusion holes communicating with a mixing chamber, and the shaped mixture which has been extruded from the shaper is then heated. According to the invention, the food is able to be prepared at a desired time and food which has just been prepared is able to be provided in the apparatus. Further, the powder can be preserved for a long time without lowering its freshness, and the powder is mixed with water and shaped as a food material rapidly at a desired time.
