Abstract: According to a method, forward reshaping may be performed for inter prediction luma blocks averaged in a domain reshaped for luma mapping, and inverse reshaping may be performed for intra prediction luma blocks averaged in an original domain or an average luma value of the intra prediction luma blocks inversely mapped in the original domain may be derived. In addition, a chroma residual scaling index may be derived on the basis of a simple bit shifting operation so that the method may perform reshaping for an average luma value and may reduce the number of operations required for the reshaping.

Abstract: A picture decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus according to the present disclosure includes obtaining motion prediction information from bitstream, generating an affine MVP candidate list including affine MVP candidates for a current block, deriving CPMVPs for respective CPs of the current block based on one of the affine MVP candidates included in the affine MVP candidate list, deriving the CPMVDs for the CPs of the current block based on information on CPMVDs for each of the CPs included in the obtained motion prediction information, deriving CPMVs for the CPs of the current block based on the CPMVPs and the CPMVDs, deriving prediction samples for the current block based on the CPMVs, and generating reconstructed samples for the current block based on the derived prediction samples.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present specification provide a method and a device for processing motion vector difference (MVD) information for inter prediction in a video signal. A method for decoding MVD information comprises the steps of: acquiring a first flag indicating whether a MVD for predicting the current block is greater than a first value; on the basis of the first flag, acquiring a second flag indicating whether the MVD is greater than a second value; and decoding size information of the MVD on the basis of the second flag, wherein a step for acquiring the size information of the MVD comprises a step for, if the MVD is equal to or smaller than the second value, decoding the size information of the MVD on the basis of a first difference value which corresponds to the difference between the second value and the first value.
