    Abstract: There is provided a holographic display device, which includes a display panel including plural sub-pixels, wherein each sub-pixel includes plural subdivided pixels, and each subdivided pixel has an adjustable light transmittance; a backlight, configured to provide reference light to the display panel; a phase adjustment layer, including plural transparent phase adjustment components, wherein each phase adjustment component is configured to adjust a phase of a light ray transmitted through the phase adjustment component, and the phase adjustment components corresponding to a single sub-pixel have phase adjustment amounts different from each other; and a controller, configured to obtain a target phase of a light ray to be transmitted through each sub-pixel, and determine a target subdivided pixel, which corresponds to the target phase, in each sub-pixel, and further configured to obtain a target intensity of the light ray, and adjust a light transmittance of the target subdivided pixel.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses an electronic display component and a display device so as to provide a color electronic-paper component to enable an image to be adjusted in color. The electronic display component includes a plurality of display elements which are arrayed, each of the display elements includes transmitting gratings on a transparent substrate, a photoelectric material in contact with the transmitting gratings, and a control part configured to control the refractive index of the photoelectric material, wherein the transmitting gratings are arranged at a sub-wavelength periodicity to transmit light corresponding to the sub-wavelength periodicity, wherein the material of the surface of each transmitting gratings is a metal material; and the control part is configured to adjust the refractive index of the photoelectric material according to received external voltage so that the light passing the transmitting gratings exits or is blocked.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this invention relate to a color filter substrate, an array substrate, and a display apparatus. this color filter substrate comprises a substrate; and a color filter layer located on the substrate, wherein the color filter layer comprises a transmissive grating, the transmissive grating comprises a medium array located on the substrate; and a metal layer located on the top surface and the side wall of the medium array, and may comprise a first grating which transmits red light, a second grating which transmits green light, and a third grating which transmits blue light. This array substrate comprises: a substrate; a thin film transistor located on the substrate; and a color filter layer, which is located on the substrate and is provided near the thin film transistor in a direction in parallel with the surface of the substrate, wherein the color filter layer comprises a transmissive grating, and the transmissive grating comprises: a medium array located on the substrate; and a metal layer located on the top surface and the side wall of the medium array. This display apparatus comprises this color filter substrate or this array substrate.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor comprises an active layer; a light-protection layer disposed above the active layer and/or disposed beneath the active layer, the light-protection layer being configured to absorb light having a predetermined wavelength. By providing a light-protection layer above the active layer, light incident onto the channel region from top of the thin film transistor can be absorbed, while by providing a light-protection layer under the active layer, light incident onto the channel region from bottom of the thin film transistor can be absorbed, thereby effectively avoiding influence of light on the active layer of the channel region and ensuring a relatively strong light stability of the driving transistor in the thin film transistor. A method for manufacturing a thin film transistor and an array substrate comprising the thin film transistor as well as an array substrate and a display device comprising the thin film transistor are further provided.
