Abstract: A display panel and the display device are provided in the present disclosure. The display panel includes a photosensitive display circuit. The photosensitive display circuit includes a light-emitting diode, a pixel driving circuit, and a photosensitive circuit. By multiplexing the light-emitting diode, can not only achieve normal display function under the condition that the light-emitting diode is forward biased, but also achieve light detection according to the photo-generated current following through the light-emitting diode under the condition that the light-emitting diode is reverse biased or no biased. This alleviates the need for an additional light sensor, thereby reducing the cost and size of the display product.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present application disclose an organic light emitting display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display panel includes an organic light emitting diode layer and a metal nanoparticle layer. The metal nanoparticle layer is disposed on a side of the organic light emitting diode layer in contact with external environment, wherein metal nanoparticles of the metal nanoparticle layer can use their own surface plasmon resonance absorption effect to absorb ultraviolet rays emitted from external environment to the organic light emitting diode layer, thereby preventing ultraviolet rays from irradiating the organic light emitting diode layer.

Abstract: A thin film transistor and a display panel are provided. A first dimension of a first transmission portion electrically connected to a source heavily-doped portion is different from a second dimension of a second transmission portion electrically connected to a drain heavily-doped portion, so that an intensity of an electric field of carriers transmitted by the transmission portion corresponding to the larger one of the first dimension or the second dimension is smaller when the thin film transistor is turned on, thereby reducing the bombardment effect of the carriers on a source or a drain and improving the stability of thin film transistor.
