Abstract:
A neuromorphic system and a memory device are provided. The neuromorphic system includes input neurons that provide input signals, output neurons that provide output signals, and a plurality of synapse units provided at interconnecting points between the input neurons and the output neurons. Each of the synapse units has a structure in which a plurality of synapse elements are connected in parallel to each other between one input neuron among the input neurons and one output neuron among the output neurons. Both of a multi-level operation and information retention are satisfied. The weight of a synapse unit is gradually and symmetrically changed. The synapse elements are stacked in a 3D stack structure, thereby increasing the number of levels, which is able to be implemented, and thereby representing a high degree of integration.
Abstract:
An optically induced injection device is provided. The optically induced injection device includes: an injection needle, a light generator providing light to an affected area, a first optical cable which is disposed in the injection needle and through which the light passes, and an injection unit disposed in the injection needle and providing an injection solution to the affected area while the light is provided to the affected area.
Abstract:
A cardiac valve fixing device of the present invention comprises: a first structure, which continuously comes into contact with the lower surface of at least one cardiac valve; a second structure, which is connected to the first structure and continuously comes into contact with the upper surface of the cardiac valve; and a fixing barb, which is equipped in at least one of the first structure and the second structure and protrusively formed to the direction of the cardiac valve so as to be inserted into the cardiac valve. Accordingly, the cardiac valve fixing device of the present invention stably fixes the cardiac valve.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a wire knot delivery device, and more particularly, a wire knot delivery device for delivering and maintaining a knot of a medical wire in a medical procedure. The wire knot delivery device includes a first body, a second body parallel to the first body and moving relative to the first body, a first catching part connected to a side of the first body and caught by a side of the knot during the delivery of the knot, and a second catching part connected to a side of the second body and caught by another side of the knot during the delivery of the knot. As the second body moves, a distance between the first catching part and the second catching part is adjusted.
Abstract:
Provided are a hole transporting material for a photovoltaic device and a photovoltaic device including the same, wherein the hole transporting material is a triphenylamine derivative into which a specific substituent is introduced. The triphenylamine derivative into which the specific substituent is introduced according to the present invention is used as a material of a hole transport layer of the photovoltaic device to exhibit improved power conversion efficiency than those of the existing materials. The triphenylamine derivative into which the specific substituent is introduced according to the present invention has high hole mobility, an appropriate energy level, thermal stability, and good solubility due to a structural characteristic, and when the triphenylamine derivative is applied as the hole transporting material of the photovoltaic device, particularly, a perovskite solar cell, or an organic solar cell, excellent power conversion efficiency and device stability are exhibited as compared to the existing hole transporting material, Spiro-OMeTAD or PEDOT:PSS mixture.
Abstract:
Provided are a diamine compound, a polyamic acid and polyimide using the same. The diamine monomer compound is useful for preparing a transparent polyamic acid and polyimide having a high refractive index and a low birefringence.
Abstract:
A door checker for a vehicle includes a hinge rotatably connecting a door to a vehicle body and having a shaft, a slider penetratingly inserted into the shaft and linearly moving with rotational force of the shaft, and a checking unit linearly reciprocating in a radial direction of the shaft by the slider. By implementing a manipulation feeling in opening and closing a door by increasing a section for checking the door by converting a rotational movement of the door into a linear movement based on a screw principle, operability can be improved to enhance marketability, and durability can be enhanced by increasing the section for implementing operating force for opening and closing a door.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method for producing an ionic liquid, the method comprising: reacting a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound or an amine-based compound with an ammonium salt along with trialkyl orthoformate to acquire an alkylated nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound or an alkylated nitrogen-containing amine-based compound, wherein the alkylated nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound or the alkylated nitrogen-containing amine-based compound as a cation of the ionic liquid is ionically bonded to an anion included in the ammonium salt to form the ionic liquid.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method of preparing a Cu/Cu2O core-shell copper nanoparticle catalyst having high catalytic activity from [Cu3(BTC)2] and NaBH4 via a simple chemical reduction method. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a chalcogenide compound by using the nanoparticle catalyst as a heterogeneous catalyst in a cross-coupling reaction between a chalcogenide precursor compound and a boron-containing compound. The disclosed cross-coupling reaction is performed via a simple process, and the disclosed nanoparticle catalyst is compatible with various substrates under mild reaction conditions and exhibits excellent recyclability without a reduction in catalytic activity.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for enhancing stem cell bioactivity using tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof.
