    Abstract: Disclosed is a device for sterilizing containers using pulsed light including a visible light band. The device includes: a housing provided with an openable door and providing an accommodation space therein; a container mounting area disposed on at least a portion of a bottom surface of the accommodation space; and a pulsed light generating lamp configured to be extended from the container mounting area toward an inside of the container, wherein a lower end of the pulsed light generating lamp is configured to be disposed lower than a lower end of the container mounted on the container mounting area.

    Abstract: An IZO material film manufacturing method is provided. The IZO material film manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate; reacting a first precursor, which comprises indium (In), and a first reactant, which comprises plasma, thereby forming, on the substrate, a first material film comprising indium oxide; and reacting a second precursor, which comprises zinc (Zn), and a second reactant, which comprises plasma, thereby forming, on the first material film, a second material film comprising zinc oxide, and may comprise performing, multiple times, each of the step of forming the first material film and the step of forming the second material film, and controlling the proportion of the number of repetitions of the step of forming the second material film to the number of repetitions of the step of forming the first material film, thereby controlling the crystal growth of an IZO material film in which the first material film and the second material film are stacked.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dual-mode power amplifier, there is disclosed a dual-mode power amplifier that can selectively operate in a low-power mode for low output and a high-power mode for high output, the dual-mode power amplifier including a high-power amplifier comprising one or more transistors whose operations are controlled by a first bias; a first transformer connected in series to an output stage of the high-power amplifier; a low-power amplifier comprising one or more transistors whose operations are controlled by a second bias; and a second transformer connected in series to an output stage of the low-power amplifier, wherein the dual-mode power amplifier operates in a high-power mode when the first bias is activated and the second bias is deactivated, and operates in a low-power mode when the first bias is deactivated and the second bias is activated.
