Abstract: A method comprising receiving a purchase action from a first user device associated with a user, creating and storing a first cookie associated with the purchase action. The method includes receiving, from a second user device, a request for cookie data related to products viewed on a platform other than the second user device, and identifying the first cookie in response to the request for cookie data. The method includes determining a platform type of the second user device, and generating a second cookie compliant with the platform type of the second user device. The method includes sending the generated second cookie to the second user device.

Abstract: Techniques of automatic subscription control in distributed computing systems are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method includes using a server to monitor a utilization level of an automatically subscribed computing service by a user. The method also includes determining whether the utilization level of the user with the automatically subscribed computing service is below a preset threshold. When the utilization level of the user is below the preset threshold, the server automatically unsubscribes the user from the computing service. While the computing service remains automatically unsubscribed to by the user, the server can monitor for a new version or update of the computing service. Upon detecting a new version or update, the server can automatically re-subscribe the user to the computing service of the new version without user input.

Abstract: An improved system and method for defining an event based upon an object location and a user-defined zone and managing the conveyance of object location event information among computing devices where object location events are defined in terms of a condition based upon a relationship between user-defined zone information and object location information. One or more location information sources are associated with an object to provide the object location information. One or more user-defined zones are defined on a map and one or more object location events are defined. The occurrence of an object location event produces object location event information that is conveyed to users based on user identification codes. Accessibility to object location information, zone information, and object location event information is based upon an object location information access code, a zone information access code, and an object location event information access code, respectively.

A method includes receiving, by a microphone communicatively coupled to a processing device, a voice input from a user, the voice input corresponding to an interaction between the user and a voice recognition system and including indicators of the user frustration. The method further includes determining, by the processing device, that the user is frustrated from the indicators, connecting, by the processing device, the user to a call center operator, transmitting, by the processing device, data to a call center computing device associated with the call center operator, the data corresponding to a user input and/or a vehicle response that resulted in the user frustration, receiving, by the processing device, commands from the call center computing device, and executing, by the processing device, processes that correspond to the commands.

Abstract: Methods and devices of authentication via user behavior for use in a mobile device. The method may include initiating an authentication via user behavior for an application transaction process and suspending the application transaction process before the authentication is successful; acquiring the latest radio frame from a beacon and determining a distance parameter based on the radio frame after the authentication is initialized; determining whether a specified distance condition is satisfied for the beacon and the mobile device; and in response to a determination that the specified distance condition is satisfied for the beacon and the mobile device, determining that the authentication is successful and resuming the application transaction process that was suspended previously. The present disclosure can efficiently perform user authentication via behavior, quickly achieve execution of the transaction process, and avoid an excessive manual operation, thus being applicable in a variety of offline interactive processes.
