    Abstract: A current detection circuit includes a first resistor and a second resistor identical in current path and equal in resistance value, a first and second signal transmission units which transmit respectively a signal representing the potential of the first resistor, a third and fourth signal transmission units which transmit respectively a signal representing the potential of the second resistor, a first difference operation unit which calculates the difference between the respective signals from the first and second signal transmission units, a second difference operation unit which calculates the difference between the respective signals from the third and fourth signal transmission units, and a summing unit which sums the signals output from the first and second difference operation units. The first signal transmission unit and the fourth signal transmission unit, and the second signal transmission unit and the third signal transmission unit are disposed in proximity to each other.

    Abstract: Sending, receiving and transmitting apparatuses of a dual-power system and a fingerprint recognition system are provided. The dual-power system includes a first power system for providing a first high voltage signal and a first low voltage signal and a second power system for providing a second high voltage signal and a second low voltage signal, and a voltage difference between the first high voltage signal and the first low voltage signal is equal to that between the second high voltage signal and the second low voltage signal. The sending apparatus includes a first detection circuit for outputting a detection signal indicating whether voltages of the first and second low voltage signals are equal; and a first transmission circuit for transmitting an output signal of the dual-power system or provide a first voltage to an output terminal of the sending apparatus, based on the detection signal.

    Abstract: In a diagnostic device, a determiner determines whether a rotational speed of an AC motor is within a low rotational-speed range in which its rotational speed is approximately zero. An input-voltage estimate calculator calculates, as an input-voltage estimate, an estimate of an input voltage to an inverter when it is determined that the rotational speed of the AC motor is within the low rotational-speed range. A malfunction determiner performs a diagnostic task. The diagnostic task calculates an absolute value of a difference between an input-voltage measurement value measured by an input voltage sensor and the input-voltage estimate. The diagnostic task determines whether the absolute value of the difference is higher than a predetermined voltage threshold. The diagnostic task determines that there is a malfunction in the input voltage sensor upon determining that the absolute value of the difference is higher than the predetermined voltage threshold.
