    Abstract: A modulation unit includes a base plate, including a substrate, and a metal layer provided on one side of the substrate, the metal layer is provided with a slit; and a driving layer, provided on one side of the base plate, including a polar plate and a driving structure, with a gap between the polar plate and the base plate; wherein the modulation unit includes at least one resonant structure including a slit, a polar plate, and a driving structure; in the same resonant structure, the driving structure is connected to the polar plate for driving the polar plate to move in response to a driving signal, to change a size of an overlap region of an orthographic projection of the polar plate on the base plate and the slit, to adjust a resonant frequency of the resonant structure.

    Abstract: There is provided a phase shifter including a substrate, a signal line on the substrate, ground lines disposed in pairs on the substrate, and at least one film bridge. Two ground lines of the ground lines are on two sides of the signal line and are respectively spaced apart from the signal line. Each film bridge includes a plurality of connection walls and a bridge floor structure that is opposite to the substrate. The connection walls are respectively on the two ground lines. The bridge floor structure includes a phase shifting electrode and at least one pair of adsorption electrodes respectively connected to two sides of the phase shifting electrode. The phase shifting electrode is opposite to the signal line. Two adsorption electrodes in each pair are respectively opposite to the two ground lines, and are respectively connected to the connection walls on the two ground lines.

    Abstract: A light-emitting diode substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The manufacturing method of a light-emitting diode (LED) substrate, including: disposing a supporting substrate supporting a plurality of LED units to be opposed to a receiving substrate so that a side of the supporting substrate facing the receiving substrate supports the plurality of LED units; and irradiating a side of the supporting substrate away from the receiving substrate with laser, stripping the LED units from the supporting substrate, and transferring the LED units onto the receiving substrate. The manufacturing method of the LED substrate can better transfer LED units from the supporting substrate onto the receiving substrate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a light-emitting device and manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus containing the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device comprises a quantum dot light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an energy transfer layer. The quantum dot light-emitting layer comprises a quantum dot material. The energy transfer layer is between the quantum dot light-emitting layer and the electron transport layer. The energy transfer layer is configured to facilitate a transfer of energy from the electron transport layer to the quantum dot light-emitting layer such that the quantum dot light-emitting layer has an improved electroluminescence efficiency compared with the quantum dot light-emitting layer having an energy transferred directly from the electron transport layer without the energy transfer layer.

    Abstract: A solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method comprises: forming a first electrode layer on a substrate; forming a semiconductor film of first conduction type on the first electrode layer; forming a germanium film on the semiconductor film of first conduction type, and topologizing the germanium film by using a functionalization element so as to obtain a semiconductor film of second conduction type having characteristics of topological insulator, the semiconductor film of first conduction type mating with the semiconductor film of second conduction type having characteristics of topological insulator to form a p-n junction; and forming a second electrode layer on the semiconductor film of second conduction type. The solar cell manufactured according this method has higher electric energy conversion efficiency.

    Abstract: The invention provides an array substrate and a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a plurality of circulating units and a plurality of pixel circuits. Each circulating unit consists of four sub-pixel units located in four columns and two rows, sub-pixel units in any two adjacent columns are located in different rows and have different colors, and sub-pixel units in at least one row have different colors. Each sub-pixel unit is connected to one pixel circuit, and each sub-pixel unit comprises a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel located in the same column and having the same color. The pixel circuit is configured to drive the first sub-pixel when a first frame picture is displayed, and to drive the second sub-pixel when a second frame picture is displayed.
