摘要: The facility includes a first connection mechanism connecting a filter unit to a floor discharging section to establish communication between an opening portion of the floor discharging section and an upper face opening portion of the filter unit and a second connection mechanism connecting the filter unit to an exhausting chamber to establish communication between an opening portion of the exhausting chamber and a side face opening portion of the filter unit. 摘要: An air conditioner that can have a higher efficiency, a lower power consumption, and a smaller size is disclosed. The air conditioner is for supplying air to a paint booth for painting a paint target. The air conditioner includes a housing that has an inlet and an outlet for air that is to be supplied, a humidifying means for spraying humidifying mist into the air taken in through the inlet, and a vaporizing means for vaporizing unvaporized humidifying mist contained in the air into which the humidifying mist was sprayed by the humidifying means by causing the unvaporized humidifying mist to come into contact with the air flowing through the vaporizing means. The air subjected to humidity adjustment by the humidifying means and the vaporizing means is supplied to the paint booth via the outlet.

摘要: Provided is an automatic polishing system that allows a polishing treatment of an article while circumventing a polishing averting portion of the article. A polisher is attached to a leading end portion of a movable arm of a work robot. A control device controls the work robot and the polisher, based on position information of a polishing target surface of an article, so that the polisher is moved along the polishing target surface by a movement of the work robot while providing a polishing action on the polishing target surface at the same time. An image of the article including an image of an area demarcation marker annexed to the article for demarcating the area of the polishing target surface is captured by a three-dimensional image capturing machine. The control device produces the position information of the polishing target surface by determining the position of the area demarcation marker based on image data of the image.

摘要: After completion of a preceding painting in a preceding painting area, by an action of a preceding painting robot, a painting object (object to be painted) is caused to be held together with a holder by a transfer section near two painting areas. In succession, with maintaining connection between the painting object and the holder, connection between an arm leading end portion of the preceding painting robot and the holder is released. Thereafter, by an action of a subsequent painting robot, an arm leading end portion of the subsequent painting robot with keeping its connection to the painting object is connected to the holder held to the transfer section. With this, in the course of transfer of the painting object between the painting robots for displacing the painting object relative to a spraying means, a relative positional relation between the arm leading portions of the painting robots and the painting object can be maintained same.

With this, in a painting facility in which a painting object is painted by paint spraying from a sprayer while displacing the painting object held to an arm leading end portion of a painting robot relative to the sprayer by an action of the painting robot, adhesion of paint to the painting robot and to a painting area lateral wall is prevented.
