Abstract: A method of assembling a vehicle cleaner nozzle provided in a vicinity of a leading end of a piston accommodated to be movable forward and backward with respect to a cylinder so as to inject a cleaning medium on an object to be cleaned which is mounted on a vehicle includes: assembling a nozzle chip to a housing along a first direction so as to form a feedback flow path for swinging and injecting the cleaning medium by accommodating the nozzle chip in an interior of the housing; and assembling the housing in a state where the housing accommodates the nozzle chip to a holder supported by the piston along the first direction.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relating to sprinkler head extension include a shaft extender that connects with an original shaft and a cap extender that replaces an original cap of a sprinkler head. In an illustrative example, a sprinkler head extension includes a shaft extender. The shaft extender has a coupling arrangement that connects the shaft extender with an original shaft in the sprinkler head. The sprinkler head extension also includes a cap extender that is configured to replace an original cap of the sprinkler head extension and provide a corresponding size to contain the shaft extender. By using the shaft extender and cap extender, a desired extended height of the sprinkler head may be obtained without replacing the whole sprinkler head. The sprinkler head extension may allow a user to raise the sprinkler head and avoid digging up and ruining the grass around the sprinkler head that needs to be raised.

Abstract: There is provided a spray unit for a remotely operable spray apparatus. The spray unit is configured to spray a material having first and second material components. The spray unit comprises a first material inlet for receiving the first material component, a second material inlet for receiving the second material component, and a spray component comprising a mixing chamber and a spray orifice. The spray component is movable between a spraying position in which the mixing chamber is in communication with the first and second material inlets such that the first and second material components enter the mixing chamber and are sprayed via the spray orifice, and a non-spraying position in which the mixing chamber is closed from the first and second material inlets. The spray unit further includes a pneumatic actuator operable to move the spray component between the spraying position and the non-spraying position, and a remotely operable electric actuator arranged to control operation of the pneumatic actuator.

Abstract: An irrigation sprinkler can include an outer case having an inlet end and an outlet end. The sprinkler can include a riser positioned at least partially within the outer case and having an upstream end and a downstream end. The riser can be configured to transition between a retracted position and an extended position wherein the downstream end is positioned on a side of the outlet end of the outer case opposite the inlet end of the outer case when the riser is in the extended position. The sprinkler can include a cup assembly connected to the downstream end of the riser, the cup assembly including organic or artificial turf therein, wherein the cup assembly is configured to be removed from the riser without emptying the turf therefrom.
