    摘要: The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing a sulfonic acid group-containing ether compound having a high purity and a good polymerizability while preventing production of a byproduct, and provides a sulfonic acid group-containing ether compound containing fewer impurities and having a good radical (co)polymerizability.The present invention provides a method of producing a sulfonic acid group-containing ether compound by reacting a sulfurous acid compound with a compound represented by the formula (1): wherein R1 represents a single bond, a CH2 group, or a CH2CH2 group, and R2 represents H, or a CH3 group, the method comprising the steps of: adjusting pH of a reaction system to 5.5 or greater with use of an alkaline substance; and adding the compound represented by the formula (1) to a reaction vessel containing the sulfurous acid compound.

    摘要: The present invention describes the synthesis of new fluorinated elastomers with very low glass transition temperatures (Tg), a good resistance to bases, gasoline and other carburants and good workability properties, these elastomers contain hexafluoropropene (HFP), perfluoro(4-methyl-3,6-dioxaoct-7-ene) sulfonyl fluoride (PFSO2F), vinylidene fluoride (VDF) and/or at least one fluorinated alkene and/or one vinyl perfluorinated ether. In a precise case, they are prepared by radical polymerisation of HFP and PFSO2F or by radical terpolymerisation HFP, PFSO2F and VDF in the presence of different organic initiator, such as peroxides, peresters or diazo compounds.

    摘要: A method for producing electrophoretic particles includes dispersing particles having a charge on the surfaces thereof in an polar dispersion medium; adding a first polymerizable surfactant including a first polar group having a polarity opposite to the charge of the surfaces of the particles, a hydrophobic group, and a polymerizable group to the polar dispersion medium and mixing the liquid; adding a second polymerizable surfactant including a second polar group, a hydrophobic group, and a polymerizable group to the polar dispersion medium and emulsifying the mixture; and adding a polymerization initiator to induce polymerization reaction, thereby preparing electrophoretic particles in which the particles are coated with an organic polymer. In the method, the charge polarity and the amount of charge of the electrophoretic particles are controlled by setting the polarity of the second polar group included in the second polymerizable surfactant, and at least one condition of the number of the second polar groups in second polymerizable surfactant, the valence of the second polymerizable surfactant, and the molar amount of the second polymerizable surfactant added.

    摘要: To provide a process by which from a mixture containing a fluorinated copolymer, an unreacted monomer and a polymerization medium, the unreacted monomer and the polymerization medium can efficiently be recovered, and a lower polymer contained in the obtainable fluorinated copolymer can readily be reduced. A process for producing a fluorinated copolymer comprising (I) a step of polymerizing a fluorinated monomer having a carboxylic acid functional group or a sulfonic acid fanctional group and a fluorinated olefin in a polymerization medium to obtain a mixture containing a fluorinated copolymer, the unreacted monomer and the polymerization medium, (II) a step of continuously or intermittently transferring the mixture to an evaporation container equipped with a stirring machine and heating the mixture in the evaporation container with stirring to evaporate and recover the unreacted monomer and the polymerization medium and to obtain the fluorinated copolymer, and (III) a step of washing the fluorinated copolymer with a washing medium.
