    Abstract: Provided is a display device including a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a thin-film transistor and a display element on the display area; an organic insulating layer between the thin-film transistor and the display element; a first power supply voltage line arranged to correspond to one side of the display area in the non-display area; a second power supply voltage line spaced apart from the first power supply voltage line; and an inorganic protective layer that covers at least a portion of the second power supply voltage line. The second power supply voltage line includes a first region and a second region. The first region has a stack of a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and the organic insulating layer. The second region has a stack of the first conductive layer and the inorganic protective layer.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus prevents the quality of an image being displayed thereon from being deteriorated as a result of contamination of an organic emission layer. The display apparatus includes a substrate with a display area and a periphery area. A first insulating layer, disposed over the substrate, has a first opening in the periphery area. A first electrode is disposed within the display area, over the first insulating layer. A first bank is disposed over the first insulating layer and has a second opening through which a center of the first electrode is exposed. A second bank is disposed over the first insulating layer and is separated from the first bank. The first opening is disposed between the first bank and the second bank. An intermediate layer is disposed over the first electrode. A second electrode is disposed over the intermediate layer and the first bank.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate, a circuit, and a pixel electrode. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area. The circuit is disposed in the display area. The circuit includes a plurality of conductive layers, and each conductive layer contacts a corresponding inorganic layer arranged directly below the each conductive layer. The pixel electrode is arranged over the circuit and is electrically connected to at least one of the conductive layers.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a first area, a second area, and a bending portion between the first area and the second area; a pixel at the first area of the substrate; a terminal at the second area of the substrate; a first conductive line on the bending portion of the substrate and extending from the first area to the second area; a first organic layer on the first conductive line; a second inorganic layer on the first organic layer in an area other than the bending portion; and a second conductive line on the first organic layer and the second inorganic layer and overlapping the first conductive line to extend from the first area to the second area. The first conductive line and the second conductive line contact each other in at least one of the first area and the second area.
