摘要: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may determine indices associated with m consecutive elements. In an aspect, each of the m consecutive elements may be associated with a different index. In addition, the apparatus may bit reverse a binary sequence associated with each of the m consecutive elements. In an aspect, each of the m consecutive elements may include a different binary sequence. Further, the apparatus may determine a bit-reversed order of the indices based at least in part on the bit-reversed binary sequence associated with each of the m elements. In addition, the apparatus may write each of the m consecutive elements to a different memory bank in parallel based at least in part on the bit-reversed order of the indices.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for multiplexing reference signals for Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) layers are provided. Resources for Demodulation Reference Signals (DMRS) corresponding to each of two or more data streams are assigned, wherein the resources assigned to each of the data streams are staggered in frequency and span two or more OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Divisional Multiplexing) symbols. The DMRS is transmitted using the assigned resources.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices that support an efficient sequence-based polar code description are described. In some cases, a wireless device (e.g., a user equipment (UE) or a base station) may transmit a codeword including a set of information bits encoded using a polar code or receive a codeword including a set of information bits encoded using a polar code. As described herein, the wireless device may determine the bit locations of the information bits in the polar code based on a partition assignment vector. Specifically, the wireless device may partition bit-channels for one or more stages of polarization and assign information bits to partitions based on the partition assignment vector. Once the bit locations of the information bits are determined, the wireless device may decode a received codeword or transmit an encoded codeword based on the determined bit locations of the information bits.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In a new radio (NR) system, a wireless device may identify a candidate codeword for a channel employing polar coding. The wireless device may perform a decoding operation on the candidate codeword to determine candidate decoding paths corresponding to encoded information bits. The decoding operation may include multiple decoding path candidates, each of which is associated with a path metric. The wireless device may evaluate a spread metric to determine if a decoding hypothesis is incorrect or if the received codeword is too corrupted for decoding. The spread metric may be based on the path metrics of the decoding paths or soft metrics of the decoding paths determined based on a subset of bit channels of the polar code. The wireless device may normalize the spread metric to compensate for signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) variation.

A wireless communication device may arrange a first encoded information block including a first sub-block having a first bit location and a second sub-block having a second bit location. The second bit location is after the first bit location. The wireless communication device may also position the first location earlier in a decoding order of a receiving second wireless communication than the second bit location. The wireless communication device may transmit the first and second sub-blocks as an encoded information block to the second wireless communication device.
