    Abstract: A haptic substrate is provided. The haptic substrate includes a first electrode layer; an electroactive layer on the first electrode layer; a second electrode layer on a side of the electroactive layer away from the first electrode layer; a first pad layer electrically connected to the first electrode layer; and a second pad layer on a side of the second electrode layer away from the electroactive layer, the second pad layer being connected to the second electrode layer. In a region where an orthographic projection of the second electrode layer on a base substrate overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second pad layer on the base substrate, at least 30% of the second pad layer is in direct contact with the second electrode layer.

The haptic rendering device includes: a substrate; a first driver arranged on the substrate and configured to vibrate and drive the substrate to vibrate after receiving a first driving signal; a vibration sensor arranged on the substrate and configured to generate a first detection voltage signal according to an amplitude or a frequency at which the first driver vibrates together with the substrate in a case where the substrate vibrates; and a controller configured to output the first driving signal to the first driver, receive the first detection voltage signal, and adjust the first driving signal according to the first detection voltage signal.

    Abstract: A micro light-emitting diode (μLED) chip includes a first electrode layer, a second semiconductor layer located on a surface of the first electrode layer, and a first semiconductor layer located on a side of the second semiconductor layer away from the first electrode layer, and a light-emitting layer located between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor is electrically connected to the first electrode layer, and is configured to transmit first carriers. The first semiconductor layer is configured to transmit second carriers. The light-emitting layer is configured to be excited to emit light upon combination of the first carriers and the second carriers. A surface of the first semiconductor layer away from the light-emitting layer is a concave-convex microstructure, and convex portions of the concave-convex microstructure are configured to receive an electron beam.

    Abstract: A haptic reproduction system comprises: a touch display device, an upper computer and a waveform generator. The touch display device comprises a piezoelectric unit, a touch display panel and a touch driving unit. The piezoelectric unit is disposed on the touch display panel. The touch driving unit is electrically connected to the touch display panel and the upper computer, and is configured to acquire touch information and transmit the touch information to the upper computer. The upper computer is electrically connected to the waveform generator, and is configured to send a first waveform generation instruction to the waveform generator according to the touch information. The waveform generator is configured to generate a first waveform signal according to the first waveform generation instruction. The piezoelectric unit is electrically connected to the waveform generator, and is configured to resonate with the touch display panel under the drive of the first waveform signal.
