Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a haptics panel and a driving method thereof, and a haptics apparatus. The driving method includes: receiving a touch signal, and judging a touch position of a user on the haptics panel according to the touch signal; judging a characteristic frequency area to which the touch position belongs; determining characteristic mode displacement field distribution of the base substrate according to the characteristic frequency area to which the touch position belongs, wherein the characteristic mode displacement field distribution contains vibration displacement phase information at each position of the base substrate; dividing a plurality of piezoelectric devices arranged in an array contained in the haptics panel into at least one vibration area according to the vibration displacement phase information of the characteristic mode displacement field distribution; and loading voltage signals on at least part of the piezoelectric devices in the vibration area.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method for a piezoelectric ceramic chip, a piezoelectric ceramic chip assembly and a display device. The manufacturing method includes: transferring a piezoelectric ceramic layer and a bottom electrode covering the piezoelectric ceramic layer formed on a substrate to a base plate, forming an insulating layer with an opening on the base plate, so that edges of the piezoelectric ceramic layer and the bottom electrode are covered by the insulating layer, and the piezoelectric ceramic layer is exposed from the opening; etching the base plate by immersing the base plate in an etching solution for etching a material of the bottom electrode; and forming a top electrode in the opening of the insulating layer, so that the top electrode is spaced apart from the insulating layer.

Abstract: Provided are a coating method, a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The coating method includes: forming a micro-fluid channel on a first surface of a first substrate, wherein the first surface is a surface to be coated of the first substrate, and a sidewall of the micro-fluid channel is the first surface of the first substrate; immersing one end of the micro-fluid channel into ink, to enable the ink to fill the micro-fluid channel; and drying the ink filling the micro-fluid channel to form a thin film on the first surface of the first substrate. The present disclosure can help implement uniform film formation of a quantum dot light-emitting layer at a high resolution, reduce the process difficulty of a high-resolution product and improve the device performance and the display performance.
