    Abstract: The present invention teaches a TFT array substrate and a display device. The TFT array substrate disposes second fanout lines of the fanout area on a first metallic layer, and disposes first fanout lines of the fanout area on a second metallic layer. Data lines and their corresponding second fanout lines, and second fanout lines and their corresponding first fanout lines, are connected together through vias. The first metallic layer has a greater surface resistivity than that of the second metallic layer. The present invention's fanout lines corresponding to a same data line have a significantly increased total impedance, and the impedance variation of the fanout lines has a less impact. As data signals propagate to the data lines through the fanout lines, the data signals' arrival times to the data lines have little difference, thereby enhancing the display quality, more reliable manufacturing process, and lower risk for short circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a liquid crystal display including a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of photodetectors, a plurality of first sub-pixels and a plurality of second sub-pixels respectively corresponding to the photodetectors. Each of the photodetectors partially overlaps with an opening area of the corresponding first sub-pixel. The liquid crystal display further includes a backlight module facing toward the liquid crystal panel having a first light emission section and a second light emission section. The first light emission section faces toward the first sub-pixels, and the second light emission section faces toward the second sub-pixels. A light emission brightness of the first light emission section is greater than the light emission brightness of the second light emission section.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a processing method of a cover plate, a control apparatus, a cover plate processing apparatus, and a storage medium. The processing method utilizes a scanning device to scan surfaces and obtain surface features of a first cover plate and a second cover plate, and performs Fourier transformation on the surface features of the first cover plate and the second cover plate to obtain the surface feature frequency variation distribution curves of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, thereby to obtain the surface feature frequency variation distribution curves of a high-resolution cover plate. Fourier inverse transformation is performed on the surface feature frequency variation distribution curves of the high-resolution cover plate to obtain surface features of a target cover plate, so that the high-resolution cover plate so processed meets balancing speckles and anti-glare requirements.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module and an in-vehicle display device. The backlight module includes a back plate, a light board, a diffusion plate, and a bracket layer. The bracket layer is arranged between the light board and the diffusion plate. The bracket layer is used to support the diffusion plate and spaces the light board apart from the diffusion plate to form a light mixture space. By adjusting a height of the bracket layer, it is convenient to adjust a distance of the light mixture space formed between the diffusion plate and the light board. Accordingly, backlight display performance of the backlight module and the in-vehicle display device is improved.

    Abstract: A touch display device is provided, which includes a substrate, multiple touch electrodes arranged in an array on the substrate, and multiple touch lines on the substrate. The touch lines are arranged in a layer different from a layer in which the touch electrodes are positioned. The touch electrodes are arranged corresponding to the touch lines respectively. Each touch line is arranged parallel to a column direction of the touch electrodes. Each touch line includes a signal transmission portion. One end of the signal transmission portion of each touch line is connected to a corresponding one of the touch electrodes, another end of the signal transmission portion of each touch line is extended in a same direction to outside an area where the touch electrodes are positioned. Such configuration reduces a risk of short-circuiting between the touch lines and data lines in the same layer to ensure good production yields.

    Abstract: The present application provides a thin film transistor, a method of manufacturing a thin film transistor, and a manufacturing system. The thin film transistor includes a substrate, a buffer layer, an active layer, and a gate insulating layer. A side area of the active layer is doped and modified, so that a surface of the side area is formed as a high resistance area, and then the gate insulating layer is formed by a chemical deposition process, thereby to avoid a weak channel current produced by unintentional electrically conduction of a boundary of the active layer due to a thinner thickness of the gate insulating layer when operating, thereby increasing electrical reliability of the thin film transistor.
