    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a communication device may classify a set of packets of streaming video content based at least in part on one or more video characteristics, wherein the one or more video characteristics relate to an effect of a packet on a quality of experience of providing the streaming video content; assign the set of packets to a plurality of transport blocks, wherein a first transport block is associated with a first set of values for a set of communication parameters and a second transport block is associated with a second set of values for the set of communication parameters; and provide the plurality of transport blocks for transmission based at least in part on assigning the set of packets to the plurality of transport blocks.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for data aided receivers for URLLC. With more specificity, a UE may encode and modulate at least one of control information or data from a first code block received through a first channel from a base station to obtain an encoded and modulated reference first code block. A comparison between the reference first code block and the first code block may be performed by the UE to estimate a second channel for receiving a second code block from the base station. After receiving the second code block from the base station, the UE may demodulate and decode the second code block based on the second channel that was estimated via the comparison of the reference first code block to the first code block.

    Abstract: A transmitting device maps complex valued symbols in sequence to physical resource blocks for a sidelink transmission. The transmitting device reserves a first symbol of a subframe, where resource elements in the first symbol of the subframe are not considered in mapping the complex valued symbols to the physical resource blocks for the sidelink transmission. The transmitting device transmits the sidelink transmission after mapping the complex valued symbols to the physical resource blocks. A receiving device receives the sidelink transmission and decodes the sidelink transmission to determine complex valued symbols that are mapped in sequence to physical resource blocks of the sidelink transmission, where the complex valued symbols are not mapped to resource elements in a first symbol of a subframe.

    Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a UE configured to receive a plurality of beams through a plurality of different receive beam directions, each of the beams including broadcast information on a PBCH. The apparatus may be further configured to determine, for each of a subset of the received beams, a log likelihood ratio (LLR) for coded bits of the broadcast information. The apparatus may be further configured to decode the broadcast information associated with each of the subset of the received beams, and determine a refined receive beam direction based on the determined LLRs and based on whether the broadcast information associated with each of the subset of the received beams fails to decode or is successfully decoded.
