摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A relay node may establish a control plane connection between the relay node and a base station, wherein establishing the control plane connection comprises receiving from the base station a first network identifier for the relay node. The relay node may receive, via the control plane connection, a relay configuration from the base station. The relay node may monitor grants associated with a set of one or more user equipment (UEs) based at least in part on the relay configuration, each UE comprising a network identifier that is different from the first network identifier. The relay node may relay communications between the base station and the set of one or more UEs according to the monitoring.

摘要: Fallback procedures for user equipments (UEs) are described that provide efficient fallback to a four-step random access procedure from a two-step random access procedure. For example, after transmitting a first message of a two-step random access procedure, a UE may start a fallback timer or counter and monitor for a second message of the two-step random access procedure for the duration of the fallback timer or counter. At the expiration of the fallback timer or counter, the UE may fall back to a four-step random access procedure. In some cases, the UE may transmit multiple repetitions of the first message and monitor for responses after transmitting the repetitions or after each repetition. Additionally, or alternatively, the base station may transmit an explicit signal to the UE that may signal to the UE to perform a fallback procedure at a beginning or middle of a random access procedure.

The UE may then receive the scheduled transmission under an assumption that the scheduled transmission (e.g., a second RS, such as a demodulation RS (DMRS)) is QCL with the first RS. The UE may receive such QCL information before, after or while receiving the first RS.

摘要: Wireless communications systems and methods related to sharing a channel occupancy time (COT) associated with a scheduled UL transmission in a frequency spectrum shared by multiple network operating entities are provided. A first wireless communication device communicates, with a second wireless communication device, a first uplink (UL) scheduling grant. The first wireless communication device communicates, with second wireless communication device, a first UL communication signal based on the first UL scheduling grant during a first COT, the first COT based on an extended clear channel assessment (eCCA) associated with the first UL communication signal. The first wireless communication device communicates, with the second wireless communication device, a downlink (DL) communication signal during the first COT based on COT sharing information associated with the first COT.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for downlink assignments for downlink control channels. One method includes, in response to an assignment group comprising a first assignment: determining a first data channel allocation comprising resources allocated to a first data channel; determining a first DMRS symbol location associated with the first data channel based on the first assignment, a first set of OFDM symbols, and a second set of OFDM symbols; and decoding the first data channel. The method includes, in response to the assignment group comprising a second assignment: determining a second data channel allocation comprising resources allocated to a second data channel; determining a second DMRS symbol location associated with the second data channel based on the second assignment, the first set of OFDM symbols, and the second set of OFDM; and decoding the second data channel.
