Abstract: Provided is a switch having a structure having an excellent isolation characteristic even without a limiter in an ultrahigh frequency hand used for a military component. A switch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: multiple transistors which are connected in parallel to a path from an input terminal toward an output terminal and perform switching; and a first transmission line provided between the input terminal and a node on a path to which a first transistor is connected. By the present invention, switching can be performed in an ultrahigh frequency such as W-band while a GaN transistor is used, an insertion loss is low, an isolation characteristic is excellent, and eventually efficiency of an ultrahigh frequency circuit can be further enhanced.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for fast refining segmentation for a V-PCC encoder. The apparatus may include a grid segmentation unit segmenting a coordinate space of a point cloud into grid units, and an edge cube search unit searching a cube containing one or more points among the cubes segmented into grid units and containing a segment boundary. The apparatus may also include a surrounding cube search unit searching an edge surrounding cube containing one or more points within a predetermined range from the edge cube, and a smooth score calculation unit calculating smooth scores for all the edge surrounding cubes and all the edge cubes. The apparatus may further include a projection plane index update unit obtaining a normal score based on the calculated smooth scores and updating a projection plane index of each point in the edge cube using the normal score.

Abstract: This application relates to a memory management method for maximizing processing-in-memory (PIM) performance and reducing unnecessary DRAM access time. In one aspect, when processing a PIM instruction packet, an instruction processing unit secondarily processes a request for access to a destination address at which read and write actions of an internal memory are likely to be sequentially performed. By secondarily requesting the destination address, a row address of an open page of the internal memory may match a row address to which a PIM instruction packet processing result is written back. Also, the instruction processing unit inside the PIM maintains memory write and read addresses that have previously requested. The instruction processing unit compares the address of a packet to be processed to the maintained previous memory address and informs a memory controller about the comparison result through a page closing signal.

Abstract: This application relates to a method for direct growth of multilayer graphene used as a core layer of a pellicle for extreme ultraviolet lithography. This application also relates to a method for manufacturing the pellicle for extreme ultraviolet lithography by using the multilayer graphene direct growth method. The multilayer graphene direct growth method may include forming few-layer graphene on a silicon nitride substrate, forming a metal catalyst layer on the few-layer graphene, and forming an amorphous carbon layer on the metal catalyst layer. The method may also include directly growing multilayer graphene from the few-layer graphene used as a seed layer by interlayer exchange between the metal catalyst layer and the amorphous carbon layer through heat treatment.

Abstract: A method of depositing an AlN thin film according to an embodiment of the disclosure comprises: a step of forming an insulating layer on a base substrate; and a step of depositing an AlN thin film on the insulating layer through a sputtering process, wherein the step of depositing the AlN thin film is performed through a continuous deposition type, at lower than a CMOS-compatible process temperature and in a state of applying a bias positive voltage to the base substrate such that the AlN thin film has an adjustable deposition thickness. Therefore, an embodiment of the disclosure is advantageous in that an AlN thin film having excellent piezo characteristics can be obtained at a low process temperature compatible with a CMOS process.

Abstract: The described technology provides a system and method of generating a 360-degree panoramic virtual reality (VR) image by using a plurality of photograph images. A plurality of image capturing devices capture and transmit the plurality of photograph images, respectively. An image conversion device receives the plurality of photograph images from the plurality of image capturing devices, calibrates each of the plurality of photograph images using characteristic information of respective one of the plurality of image capturing devices, and stitches calibrated photograph images to generate the 360-degree panoramic VR image. According to embodiments, the user can check a situation of a monitoring area while changing the viewpoint of the 360-degree panoramic VR image or enjoy the generated VR contents at a high degree of immersion.

Abstract: This application relates to a mechanical button apparatus that includes a body where an upper portion thereof is closed and a lower portion thereof is opened and a bottom plate attached on a display screen of a display apparatus to cover the opened lower portion.
