摘要: The present invention relates to chimeric antibody receptors with anti-cotinine antibodies linked, and use thereof. A T cell presenting the chimeric antibody receptor on the surface secretes interferon gamma specifically for a target molecule of a cotinine-conjugated binding molecule that is added together therewith and induces cell death of the cell expressing the target molecule by the T cell. On the contrary, by administering a cytotoxic agent conjugated with cotinine, cell death of the chimeric antigen receptor T cell is induced. Therefore, if necessary, a cytotoxic agent conjugated with cotinine can be administered to remove the chimeric antigen receptor T cells that have been already administered, thereby suppressing immune side effects due to hyperactivity of T cells. Thus, the chimeric antigen receptor to which the anti-cotinine antibody is linked can be effectively and safely used for the treatment of cancer.

摘要: A method of purifying a sample containing a desired protein includes the steps of (i) providing a packed chromatographic column having positively charged porous particles, (ii) equilibrating the column to the conditions to which the desired protein in the sample is to elute, (iii) contacting the sample with the packed chromatographic column such that the sample volume applied to the packed chromatographic column is less than or equal to the interparticle space of the positively charged porous particles within the packed chromatographic column, (iv) eluting the desired protein from the packed chromatographic column, where the desired protein is in a purer state and in the conditions to which the packed chromatographic column was equilibrated; where the desired protein is an antibody, an antibody fragment, an antibody derivative, or an antibody fusion protein.

摘要: Described are synthetic promoters capable of mediating gene expression in plants upon pathogen infection. Furthermore, recombinant genes and vectors comprising said chimeric promoters as well as host cells transformed with such chimeric promoters, recombinant genes, or vectors are provided. Additionally, diagnostic compositions and kits comprising such chimeric promoters, recombinant genes, vectors or cells are described. Provided are further methods for the identification of compounds being capable of activating or inhibiting genes that are specifically expressed in plants upon pathogen infection employing the above described means. Furthermore, transgenic plant cells, plant tissue, and plants containing the above-described chimeric promoters, recombinant genes, and vectors as well as the use of the aforementioned chimeric promoters, recombinant genes, vectors and/or compounds identified by the method of the invention in plant cell and tissue culture, plant breeding, and/or agriculture are described.
