Abstract: An intelligent logistics truck scheduling system process includes a demand judgement step, a truck scheduling, container lifting and delivery step, a storage judgement step, and a billing and payment step. Compared to the previous truck scheduling systems, most of the steps have been changed to automation. This improves the efficiency of the truck scheduling system in operation by reducing the need for human communication through various means such as email, phone, and text messages with clients, truck companies, and drivers for coordinating truck pickup times and locations repeatedly.

Abstract: A system for reconciling invoices includes: an input port receiving benefits information related to insurance benefits recipients and invoices from one or more benefits vendors; a rules engine enforcing rules on the benefits information, the rules engine being configured to monitor the benefits information for determining exceptions based on the rules; a processing unit including a reconciliation module, the reconciliation module analyzing and comparing each invoice against the benefits information to detect any inaccuracies in each invoice, the inaccuracies being designated as exceptions. For each invoice where there is at least one exception, the processing unit is configured to determine whether to include, exclude, or modify the invoice based on a feedback signal from a client device. In response to the feedback signal indicating exclude, the processing unit calculates an adjusted invoice amount by excluding at least one fee associated with the at least one exception.

Abstract: The present subject matter involves a system and method for producing and processing electronic transactions, including electronic checks, in a secure manner. In various embodiments, a secure server provides an electronic check service that maps payees to participating lockbox service providers and provides electronic payment instructions from the payor to the lockbox service providers to process payments to the payees. In various embodiments, a check is printed to fulfill Check21 Act requirements, electronic images are obtained of front and back of the printed check, and check image pairs are created of the electronic images of the front and back of the printed check. In various embodiments, paper items are processed where the electronic check service does not find an electronic deposit match. In various embodiments, the electronic lockbox files are used in a secure electronic payment platform that assists in the generation of electronic checks.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described for using a portable smart meter configured to connect an electric vehicle (EV) to an outlet at a service location associated with a service owner in order to charge or discharge a battery of the EV. The portable smart meter may be further configured to determine an amount of energy used to charge the battery of the EV, or the amount of energy discharged from the battery, via the outlet at the service location in order to bill an owner of the EV based on the amount of energy used to charge the battery instead of the service owner or credit the owner of the EV based on the amount of energy discharged from the battery.
