摘要: A wearable electric field detector configured to be worn by a wearer in an environment includes inner and outer housings which are movable relative to each other between a closed position and an open position. When in the closed position, a body of the inner housing is concealed within the outer housing, and when in the open position, the body is partially visible to visually indicate that the detector is open. The detector includes field detection circuitry which is configured to detect voltage in an electric field in the environment around the wearer. The circuitry is in communication with at least one of a speaker and a light source which are configured to be activated by the field detection circuitry.

摘要: A prober for testing devices in a repeat structure on a substrate is provided with a probe holder plate, probe holders mounted on the plate, and a test probe associated with each holder. Each test probe is displaceable via a manipulator connected to a probe holder, and a substrate carrier fixedly supports the substrate. Testing of devices, which are situated in a repeat structure on a substrate, in sequence without a substrate movement and avoiding individual manipulation of the test probes in relation to the contact islands on the devices, is achieved in that the probe holders are fastened on a shared probe holder plate and the probe holder plate is moved in relation to the test substrate.

摘要: An electrical device testing fixture is disclosed. The electrical device testing fixture includes a stationary base, an electrode holder, a negative electrode and a positive electrode, a stopper holder, and a stopper; the stationary base is provided with two through wire mounting holes in which wires are routed; the electrode holder is provided with two separate long slots; the two electrodes are fixed in the two long slots respectively and movable in the slots respectively; an electrical device is connected between the two electrodes; a restoring spring is provided between the stopper and the stopper holder; and the stopper is configured to fix the electrical device. The electrical device testing fixture can address the high cost problem due to the requirement of different testing fixtures corresponding to different models of electrical devices.

摘要: In an embodiment, a testing system includes a frame, a DUT (device under test) testing module. The frame has at least one aperture extending from a front side of the frame to a rear side of the frame. The DUT testing module is inserted into the at least one aperture. The DUT testing module is operable to receive and hold a DUT receptacle including an electrical interface, an air flow interface, and a DUT coupled to the electrical interface. The DUT receptacle is configured to enclose and hold inside the DUT. Further, the DUT testing module is operable to couple to and to use the electrical interface and the air flow interface to perform a test at a controlled temperature on the DUT that is inside of the DUT receptacle.
