    摘要: A system and method for accurately and reliably determining and recording the time, date and location where a medication is used, and a system and method for transmitting, collecting, and using that data to improve clinical care, disease management, and public health surveillance. The device allows information concerning drug usage, including the time, date and location of use, to be transmitted to a remote network computer system so that the data can be evaluated to determine current impairment and future risk, and to identify changes in the frequency, timing, or location of medication usage indicative of change in disease control or management, and to examine spatial, temporal or demographic patterns of medication use or absence of use among individuals and groups. In addition, the device may further be configured to transmit signals indicative of its status, condition or other results to the remote network computer system.

    摘要: A dialysis system includes a dialysis machine including at least one dialysis fluid pump and a logic implementer configured to (i) receive a plurality of predetermined therapy prescriptions that have been approved remote from the dialysis machine by a doctor/clinician for a particular patient, at least two of the plurality of predetermined therapy prescriptions having different treatment durations, different dialysis fluids or different ultrafiltration removal amounts, (ii) store the plurality of predetermined therapy prescriptions for use in operating the dialysis machine, (iii) cause the stored therapy prescriptions to be presented, (iv) allow a selection of one or more of the presented therapy prescriptions for one or more upcoming treatment, and (v) operate the at least one dialysis fluid pump according to the selected one or more therapy prescriptions.

    摘要: A remote monitoring mobile application may be installed and executed on a remote interface device. By streaming a log of the treatment data, attending HCPs may have continual access to the dialysis machine and patient data at the treatment center. In various embodiments, the data may be streamed to a server accessible by the remote interface device and/or directly to the remote interface device. The operator is able to log into the application on the remote interface device to access dialysis machine data and/or patient data during treatment. The HCP, through the application, is able to monitor the data at the treatment center and may set “soft” limits to warn the HCP of problems during the treatment before alarms or other treatment-disruptive actions occur at the dialysis machine. The remote monitoring mobile application may be software downloaded from a network and/or otherwise installed on the remote interface device.
