摘要: A measuring unit converts a measuring signal into an intermediate frequency band of a predetermined bandwidth and detects the intermediate frequency band while a reception frequency is set variable by variably controlling a local oscillation frequency of a local oscillator. A waveform memory stores the magnitude of a detection signal output from the measuring unit in correspondence with the frequency. An analyzing unit analyzes a frequency component included in a signal to be measured, on the basis of a storage value of the waveform memory. An analysis target frequency data setting unit sets frequency data of a desired analysis target frequency or interval frequency data thereof. A sweep control unit changes the reception frequency of the measuring unit into the desired analysis target frequency corresponding to the frequency data set by the analysis target frequency data setting unit and outputs an address signal corresponding to the received analysis target frequency to the waveform memory every time a signal synchronized with an ON/OFF change of the signal to be measured is received.

摘要: A lens barrel with improved precision is obtained by reducing fitting play of a lens barrel. A coil and a magnetic member are fixed on a lens holding member, and a magnet and a yoke are fixed on an outer barrel. When energizing the coil, the lens holding member moves in the optical axis direction along guide bars by magnetic fluxes from the magnet. The magnetic member receives a magnetic attraction force toward the magnet by leakage fluxes. In the lens holding member, a bearing sleeve is biased by the attraction force perpendicularly to the axis of the guide bar, and the resultant force of the attraction force and a gravitational force exerted on the lens holding member removes play. A resultant force of a force toward the guide bar exerted on the bearing and the gravitational force thereon removes fitting play between the bearing and the guide bar.

摘要: The present invention provides food or preventive drugs whereby food residues retained in the digestive tract over a long period of time due to, for example, overeating even in a healthy person not suffering from constipation and having regular defecation can be discharged by elevating the transit speed without showing cathartic effects or unpleasant symptoms, thereby protecting the human body from the undesirable effects of putrefactive and toxic metabolites and enabling health enhancement and the prevention of colon cancer. Namely, use of one or more members selected from among indigestible saccharides, low-viscosity and water-soluble dietary fibers and magnesium compounds in an adequate amount makes it possible to shorten maximum transit time through the digestive tract and prevent colon cancer without causing any cathartic effect, loose stools or unpleasant side effects. Moreover, transit time through the digestive tract can be shortened by using adequate amounts of lactulose and magnesium oxide without causing any cathartic effect, loose stools or unpleasant side effects.

摘要: A CVD source material which can be stably tramsported to a reactor in order to form a platinum metal, Cu, or an oxide of them as an electrode. An organometallic compound including a platinum metal (Ru, Pt, Ir, Pd, Os, Rh, Re) or Cu, is dissolved into tetrahydrofuran or a solvent containing tetrahydrofuran to obtain the CVD source material. In this material, the amount of moisture is preferably not more than 200 ppm. A film is formed by CVD employing this source material, the material is supplied stably, and the properties of the electrode film are improved. The capacitance property of the film is improved. Wiring of an electrical device may be formed by employing source material.
