摘要: A method, a system, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which an adaptive packet scheduling and policy service is provided. The adaptive packet scheduling and policy service may provide adaptive packet scheduling in a transport domain of a network based on adaptive packet scheduling policies and network information. The adaptive packet scheduling and policy service may be applied to assured network services. The adaptive packet scheduling and policy service may also provide transport domain budgeting based on service level agreement violations associated with transport devices in the transport domain.

摘要: A network device obtains service requirements associated with a customer identifier, obtains a first profile describing an infrastructure design of multiple transport domains associated with at least one network slice of a network, and obtains a second profile describing performance characteristics of the multiple transport domains of the at least one network slice. The network device receives training data associated with performance measurements of the multiple transport domains of the at least one network slice, and updates a machine learning model based on the training data. The network device selects at least one of the multiple transport domains for orchestration using the updated machine learning model, the service requirements, the first profile, and the second profile.

摘要: A method, a system, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which an access and mobility management function (AMF) assignment service is provided. A network device receives an assignment policy for selecting an AMF from a group of available AMFs, wherein the assignment policy includes network slice priorities for available network slices in the RAN; stores the assignment policy; receives, during a registration procedure initiated by an end device, Network Slice Selection Assistance Information (NSSAI); identifies, from the NSSAI, multiple single-NSSAIs (S-NSSAIs); and selects, based on the assignment policy, an AMF for a highest priority S-NSSAI, of the multiple S-NSSAIs.

摘要: A system may include a Network Data Analytics Function device configured to receive information relating to a planned flight path of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), wherein the planned flight path crosses areas serviced by a plurality of radio access networks; and generate a plurality of time slot predictions, wherein a time slot prediction specifies a time slot, a network slice, and a subscriber profile identifier. The system may further include an Access and Mobility Function device configured to generate a set of instructions based on the plurality of time slot predictions; and an Application Function device configured to provide the generated set of instructions to the UAV, wherein the instructions cause the UAV to select a particular network slice and a particular subscriber profile during a particular time slot of the flight path.

摘要: A method and system is described that performs dynamic slice management for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Flight path information associated with a flight path of a UAV is used to determine a predicted optimal application and a predicted optimal network slice for use by the UAV at a location along the flight path. Information associated with the predicted optimal application and the predicted optimal network slice is transmitted to the UAV for use by the UAV at the location. The available network slices to the UAV may be updated based on the determined predicted optimal slice. The UAV may adjust its usage of applications and/or slices based on the information it receives associated with the predicted optimal application and the predicted optimal network slice.

The device may determine timing for providing firmware to the group based on capabilities of the user equipment in the group. The device may provide segments of the firmware to the network to cause the network to provide the segments of the firmware to the group based on the timing for providing the firmware to the group.
