摘要: A method is provided for operating a textile machine having a plurality of work stations wherein, during normal operation of the work stations, a yarn is produced or is rewound from a delivery coil onto a receiver coil. The normal operation is initiated at the individual work stations after a stop of the textile machine, or is interrupted at certain time intervals by a service operation in the form of a piecing process, a tube changing process, or a yarn joining process. The service operations are divided into several partial sequences. A pending partial sequence for one of the service operations is carried out so long as energy resources required for carrying out the pending partial sequence are available independent of whether the energy resources for carrying out the other partial sequences for the service operation are available.

摘要: A method optimizes production of a rotor spinning machine having a plurality of identical spinning units, with each spinning unit having a spinning rotor driven by a rotor drive at a rotor speed to produce yarn at a delivery speed. A permissible range with a minimum delivery speed and a maximum delivery speed for the delivery speed of the spinning units is specified. Operation of the spinning units is started with a starting delivery speed within the permissible range. Current production capacity of the spinning units or the rotor spinning machine is continuously calculated. Current delivery speed of the yarn is regulated as a function of the current production capacity in such a manner that a maximum production capacity is achieved. A rotor spinning machine in accordance with method is also provided.

摘要: A method, and associated textile machine winding station, are provided for handling a yarn end of a cross-wound bobbin at the winding station, wherein the cross-wound bobbin is held and driven in a bobbin holder. A thread is laid in a cross-wise manner on the cross-wound bobbin by means a traverse device. A suction nozzle having a movable suction mouth is subjected to negative pressure, and the suction mouth is moved relative to the suction nozzle such that a distance between the suction mouth and the cross-wound bobbin is changed in order to find the thread end on the cross-wound bobbin and to suck the thread end into the suction nozzle, or to stretch the thread end sucked into the suction nozzle between the suction mouth and the cross-wound bobbin. The stretched thread is moved to a unit of the textile machine for further processing.

摘要: A method is provided for operating a spinning machine with a multiple number of spinning stations. In the normal case, the individual spinning stations are supplied with a fiber material and produce a yarn. Upon the occurrence of predefined events, yarn production is interrupted at individual or all spinning stations, whereas such spinning stations are, when required, subjected to piecing with the assistance of a piecing process in order to start up yarn production again. The respective piecing is carried out with the assistance of handling tools associated with the spinning machine. The individual spinning stations are classified on the basis of one or more production-related parameters, and that, if more piecing processes are to be carried out at the same time than can be carried out by the handling tools, at least the selection of the spinning station to be subjected to piecing next is carried out under consideration of the specified classification.

摘要: A cleaning head of a cleaning device for cleaning a spinning rotor, by means of a feed device, be fed into a predetermined cleaning position in the interior of the spinning rotor. The cleaning head has a cleaning element formed as a scraper element arranged in such a manner that, in the predetermined cleaning position of the cleaning head, it is fed to the open edge of the spinning rotor. A cleaning device for cleaning a spinning rotor features a corresponding cleaning head. With a method for cleaning a spinning rotor by means of the cleaning device, after feed of the cleaning head into the cleaning position, the open edge of the spinning rotor is cleaned by means of the scraper element.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for handling a yarn end (10) of a cross-wound bobbin (2) at a winding station (1) of a textile machine producing a cross-wound bobbin, whereas the cross-wound bobbin can be held and driven in a bobbin holder (3), a thread (6) is laid in a cross-wise manner on the cross-wound bobbin by means of a traverse device (5) and a suction nozzle (7; 12) is subjected to negative pressure and the thread end is sucked into the suction nozzle through a suction mouth (8; 13). In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that the suction mouth is moved relative to the suction nozzle, such that the distance between the suction mouth and the cross-wound bobbin is changed, in order to be able to find the thread end and/or to be stretched between the suction mouth and the cross-wound bobbin and that the stretched thread is moved to a unit (9) of the textile machine for further processing. Furthermore, the invention relates to a winding station of a textile machine producing cross-wound bobbins (2) with a bobbin holder (3), a traversing device (5) and a suction nozzle (7; 12) that can be subjected to negative pressure with a suction mouth (8; 13) arranged in a movable manner on the suction nozzle, in order to be able to find the thread end (10) and/or to stretch it between the suction mouth and the cross-wound bobbin, and with a thread handling element (8; 13; 16; 18), in order to be able to move the stretched thread (6) to a unit (9) of the textile machine for further processing.
