    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit a set of reference signals spanning a channel to a user equipment (UE), where each of the reference signals is associated with one of a set of transmit beams. The UE may measure a signal quality of each of the set of reference signals. In some cases, each measured signal quality may correspond to one of a set of subbands of the channel and one of the set of transmit beams. The UE may then transmit an indication of at least one signal quality associated with one of the set of subbands and one of the set of transmit beams. In some cases, the UE may indicate the at least one signal quality according to a configuration that may be indicated by the base station or selected by the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicating a first uplink message using a first uplink carrier and a first timing advance (TA) value associated with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a second uplink message using a second uplink carrier and a second TA value associated with a second TCI state for the UE. The UE may receive a timing advance group (TAG) configuration which indicates a TA value to apply for a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier of the serving cell, which is one of the first TA or second TA values. The UE may then transmit a SUL message using the SUL carrier of the serving cell in accordance with the TA value determined for the SUL carrier based on the TAG configuration for the UE.

A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration indicating one or more frequency resources for a RACH procedure, wherein the one or more frequency resources are arranged within a set of frequency resources allocated for RACH transmissions. The method further includes performing the RACH procedure based at least in part on the configuration.

    Abstract: Code block group (CBG) transmission indications for communications configured with multiple transmission time interval (TTI) grants is disclosed. Where multiple TTIs are configured for CBG transmission, the base station may select to signal CBG transmission indications and/or transport block (TB)-level new data indicator (NDI) for each of the configured TTIs along with an index of the TTIs that CBG transmission indicators are sent for. The base station may select to add one or more CBG transmission indications based on the predetermined payload size of the transmission indication signal of the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sharing machine learning models and an indication of transmission and reception points (TRPs) for which the machine learning models are applicable between wireless nodes such as user equipments (UEs) and base stations (BSs). For example, a UE receives an indication of one or more machine learning models associated with at least one TRP of one or more TRPs from a BS. The UE then uses the at least one of the one or more machine learning models for applications related to the at least one TRP.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive control signaling indicating a beam group reporting configuration including a trigger condition for reporting channel state information (CSI) associated with multiple beam groups each including multiple beams. The UE may transmit a first uplink message including an indication that the trigger condition has been satisfied, and may transmit a second uplink message including a measurement report that includes CSI associated with at least a first beam group of the multiple beam groups, the first beam group being associated with satisfaction of the trigger condition. The UE may then receive, in response to the second uplink message, additional control signaling including beam information for communications between the base station and the UE, and may communicate with the base station in accordance with the beam information.
