摘要: A beam apparatus has a beam source producing a primary electron beam, an objective lens focusing the beam onto an observed sample, and at least one condenser lens mounted between the beam source and the objective lens. The condenser lens operates such that the beam forms one crossover point between the condenser lens and the objective lens. A first detector is mounted at the crossover point or at a position closer to the sample than the crossover point. A second detector is mounted at a position closer to the electron source than the crossover point.

摘要: A first developer storage unit 116a is provided under a horizontal line which is extended from a latent image writing position “P” where a latent image is written in an image carrier 44, and a developer-storing housing unit 70 is provided above the horizontal line extended from the latent image writing position of the image carrier. Since a stirring/transporting member is rotatably supported in a stirring/transporting member hole 115a which is formed in this developer-storing housing unit 70, a second developer storage unit is constructed.

摘要: A milling insert includes a polygonal tubular insert body which has: rake faces on one polygonal surface thereof, flanks composed of circumferential surfaces adjacent to the polygonal surface, and cutting edges defining a ridge line where the rake faces and flanks intersect each other as cutting edges. The rake faces have serrations where mount portions and valley portions are arrayed alternately to intersect the cutting edges. The ridge line has a waveform shape when the flanks are viewed from above. Bottom portions and top portions of the waveform are formed into concave circular arc portions and convex circular arc portions, respectively, and are alternately repeated. Both of the concave and convex circular arc portions are a ¼ circular arc or more to a ⅓ circular arc or less. Each of the concave circular arc portions is unevenly located between the convex circular arc portions adjacent thereto.

摘要: A drill includes a cutting edge having a ridgeline. The ridgeline has a part of an ellipse and a straight line. It is assumed that the coordinates of a separation point of an ellipse portion from a straight line portion are (x0, y0). The straight line is a tangent to the ellipse at the separation point. It is assumed that a1 is an area from a tip end of the drill to x0, a2 is an area from x0 to the origin of the ellipse, and a3 is a negative area, along the x-axis. The ridgeline of the cutting edge is formed straight along the tangent in the area a1, and is formed along the ellipse in the area a2. A margin is formed in the area a3 continuously from a relief face of the cutting edge.

摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a sleeve removal tool that is able to easily remove a sleeve from a tap without damaging the sleeve. The sleeve removal tool has a first fastening member and a second fastening member. The first fastening member has a first contact surface and inner screw section, and is formed in a cylindrical shape. The first contact surface comes in contact with the flange of the sleeve all around one ring shaped surface. An inner screw section is provided such that it protrudes in the axial direction from the first contact surface. The second fastening member has a second contact surface and outer screw section, and is formed in a cylindrical shape. The first contact surface comes in contact all around the other ring shaped surface of the flange.
