    Abstract: According to an aspect, a force sensor includes: a plurality of first electrodes that are arranged along a substrate; an elastic body that is in contact with the first electrodes; a second electrode that is in contact with the elastic body, the elastic body being interposed between the second electrode and the first electrodes; and a third electrode that is provided on the substrate side of the second electrode and configured to be electrically coupled to the second electrode. The elastic body includes a conductive particle that electrically couples the first electrodes and the second electrode when force is applied that causes the first electrodes and the second electrode to be approached. The third electrode has a continuous lattice shape that separates at least the first electrodes adjacent in one direction from each other.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor substrate includes a first basement, a gate line, a source line, an insulating film, a first pixel electrode, and a first transistor and a second transistor connected parallel at positions between the source line and the first pixel electrode. Each of a first semiconductor layer of the first transistor and a second semiconductor layer of the second transistor includes a first region, a second region, and a channel region. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are in contact with a first surface that is a surface of the insulating film on the source line side. The channel region of each of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer wholly overlaps the gate line.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a plurality of pixels provided in a display region of the substrate, a plurality of signal lines arrayed alongside each other in a first direction and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a plurality of scanning lines extending in a direction intersecting the signal lines, and a scanning line drive circuit disposed in a peripheral region between an end part of the substrate and the display region and including a plurality of switching elements coupled to the scanning lines. The scanning lines include at least two or more scanning lines having different lengths, and the switching elements have longer channel widths as the scanning lines electrically coupled to the switching elements have longer lengths.
