Abstract: A display substrate, a display method and a display device are disclosed. The display substrate includes a display region and an offset region surrounding the display region. The display substrate includes a silicon-based substrate, an emitting structure layer arranged on the silicon-based substrate. The first pixel driving circuits are connected with the emitting structure layer of the display region, and at least part of the first pixel driving circuits are configured to provide driving signals for the emitting structure layer electrically connected with the first pixel driving circuits during normal display. The second pixel driving circuits are connected with the emitting structure layer of the offset region, and at least part of the second pixel driving circuits are configured to provide no driving signals for the emitting structure layer electrically connected with the second pixel driving circuits during normal display.

Abstract: Provided are a display substrate, a preparation method thereof, and a display apparatus. Abstract: A display panel, a method of manufacturing a display panel, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate; a light-emitting device layer arranged on the substrate; a first thin film encapsulation layer including at least one organic layer; a color filter layer; a second thin film encapsulation layer including at least one organic layer; and an adhesive film layer arranged on at least one side of the color filter layer, wherein the adhesive film layer is in direct contact with the color filter layer, and the adhesive film layer and the color filter layer are stacked, and a material of the adhesive film layer has a viscosity greater than a viscosity of a material of the organic layer in each of the first thin film encapsulation layer and the second thin film encapsulation layer.

Abstract: An alignment method, an alignment device and evaporation equipment are provided. The alignment device includes: a first alignment module, located outside an evaporation chamber and configured to determine relative position information between a substrate to be evaporated and a mask for evaporation; a second alignment module, located in the evaporation chamber and configured to adjust a position of the substrate to be evaporated and/or the mask for evaporation according to the relative position information until an orthographic projection of a first alignment mark of the substrate to be evaporated on the mask for evaporation at least partially overlaps a hollowed area of the mask for evaporation, obtain position information of the first alignment mark through the hollowed area, and adjust a position of the substrate to be evaporated and/or the mask for evaporation according to the position information.

The base substrate includes a display region and a periphery region; the sub-pixels are located in the display region; the light-shielding structure is an annular structure located in the periphery region. The light-shielding structure includes a first light-shielding structure and a second light-shielding structure located at a side of the first light-shielding structure away from the base substrate, a second orthographic projection of the second light-shielding structure on the base substrate is located within a first orthographic projection of the first light-shielding structure on the base substrate, and the first orthographic projection is not completely coincident with the second orthographic projection.
