Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a data write-in circuit, a voltage amplification circuit, an energy storage circuit, a driving circuit and a light-emitting element. The driving circuit includes a control end, a first end and a second end. The voltage amplification circuit is connected to a data write-in node and the control end of the driving circuit, and configured to amplify a data voltage to acquire a driving voltage, and output the driving voltage to the control end of the driving circuit. The energy storage circuit is connected to the control end of the driving circuit. The first end of the driving circuit is connected to a power source voltage end, and the second end of the driving circuit is connected to an anode of the light-emitting element. The driving circuit is configured to control the power source voltage end to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, the anode of the light-emitting element under the control of the control end. A cathode of the light-emitting element is connected to a cathode voltage end.

Abstract: A display panel includes a base substrate, a first electrode contact portion, a light emitting layer, and a first electrode. The first electrode contact portion is disposed on the base substrate and surrounding a display area, and is separated from the display area by an isolation area. The light emitting layer covers the display area and at least a portion of the isolation area, and extends at least partially to an inner edge of the first electrode contact portion or a surface of the first electrode contact portion away from the base substrate. The first electrode is disposed on the light emitting layer and a portion of the first electrode contact portion that is not covered by the light emitting layer.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a via-hole connection structure, a manufacturing method of an array substrate and an array substrate are provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the manufacturing method of the via-hole connection structure includes: forming an insulation layer on a base substrate and forming a first via hole in the insulation layer; forming a connection portion in the first via hole; forming a protection layer covering the connection portion on a surface of the insulation layer; forming a second via hole in the insulation layer and in the protection layer; removing at least a portion of the protection layer to expose the connection portion.

Abstract: A pixel circuit, a driving method thereof and a display panel are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes a data writing circuit, a light-emitting drive circuit, and a voltage amplification circuit; the data writing circuit is electrically connected with a first node and is configured to write a data signal to the first node under control of a scan signal; two ends of the voltage amplification circuit are electrically connected with the first node and a second node respectively, and the voltage amplification circuit are configured to obtain an amplified voltage signal based on the data signal and write the amplified voltage signal to the second node; and the light-emitting drive circuit is electrically connected with the second node and is configured to drive a light-emitting component to emit light under control of the amplified voltage signal.
