Abstract: Devices and systems useful in concurrently receiving and transmitting Wi-Fi signals and Bluetooth signals in the same frequency band are provided. By way of example, an electronic device includes a transceiver configured to transmit data and to receive data over channels of a first wireless network and a second wireless network concurrently. The transceiver includes a plurality of filters configured to allow the transceiver to transmit the data and to receive the data in the same frequency band by reducing interference between signals of the first wireless network and the second wireless network.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for operating a control signal to communicate signals using a first antenna and a first frequency band in response to determining that intra-device operations are occurring or are expected to occur, that a first amount of energy received by the first antenna is less than a threshold amount of energy, and that the first antenna is unaffected by the intra-device operations. The control signal may also delay communication of the signals in response to determining that intra-device operations are occurring, and that first amount of energy is greater than or equal to the threshold amount of energy.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are provided to efficiently share an antenna between multiple communication systems and allow for the communication systems to be simultaneously connected to the antenna with less attenuation and/or no fluctuation in signal strength. Communication circuitry may include an antenna that transmits and receives electromagnetic radiation. The communication circuitry may also include an antenna port that provides primary access to the antenna with a first attenuation via an antenna port input. Additionally, the communication circuitry may include a coupler attached to the antenna port. The coupler may provide secondary access to the antenna with a second attenuation.

Abstract: A device and method selects an antenna configuration. The method performed at a user equipment includes determining at least one communication functionality that is being used, each communication functionality configured to utilize at least one antenna in a multi-antenna arrangement of the user equipment. The method includes receiving a first indication of whether a cellular communication functionality is being used, the cellular communication functionality configured to utilize at least one antenna in the multi-antenna arrangement. The method includes receiving a second indication of whether a coexistence condition is present. The method includes determining an antenna configuration for the multi-antenna arrangement to be used by the determined communication functionality based upon the determined communication functionality, the first indication, and the second indication. The method includes configuring the multi-antenna arrangement for the determined communication functionality based upon the antenna configuration.

Abstract: To establish a connection between electronic devices some embodiments include a system, method, and/or computer program product for password pairing user-interface devices in wireless proximity. A first electronic device (e.g., a keyboard) transmits an advertising packet, and receives a password, where the password has been generated by a second electronic device (e.g., a smartphone) and the password enables pairing between the first electronic device and the second electronic device. The first electronic device transmits a message including the password to the second electronic device, where the second electronic device is within a predefined range of the first electronic device. In some embodiments the first device receives a command from the second electronic device to transition to a discovery mode, transitions to the discovery mode, and transmits a confirmation to the second electronic device that the first device is in the discovery mode.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for performing simultaneous time division duplex (TDD) communications are disclosed. A wireless communication device can be configured to establish both a first TDD communication link and a second TDD communication link with a network, such as a telecommunication network. Thereafter, the wireless communication device can send TDD uplink data to the network via the first TDD communication link, and receive TDD downlink data from the network via the second TDD communication link, such that a portion of the TDD uplink data is sent to the network at the same time a portion of the TDD downlink data is received from the network. In this manner, the transmissions of TDD uplink data and the TDD downlink data can occur simultaneously, via multiple communication links. Further, the TDD downlink data can be received in multiple, coordinated data transmissions using Long Term Evolution (LTE) multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) antenna diversity.
