    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may receive, from one of a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a network node, a configuration. The first UE may transmit, to one or more of a second UE, the PLC, or the network node, and based at least in part on the configuration, status information associated with the first UE, the status information being associated with an ability of the first UE to perform one or more of: data relaying for other UEs; a reading of radio frequency (RF) signals associated with reading or processing information from one or more zero power internet of things (ZP-IoT) devices and a relaying of information associated with the RF signal; or a transmission of wireless energy to one or more ZP-IoT devices.     Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable an LMF to configure AI/ML-based techniques/measurements for a set of base stations/TRPs to improve the performance of UL-based positioning. In one aspect, a network entity transmits a configuration to at least one network node to configure the at least one network node to perform an UL-based positioning measurement with at least one ML model, where each of the at least one ML model is associated with a corresponding ML model ID in which the at least one network node uses for the UL-based positioning measurement, where the UL-based positioning measurement is for a set of SRSs from a UE. The network entity receives the UL-based positioning measurement for the set of SRSs from the at least one network node. The network entity estimates a position of the UE based on the UL-based positioning measurement for the set of SRSs.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may use partial frequency sounding with different frequency subhop patterns so that a portion (which may be referred to as a subhop) of configured sounding reference signal (SRS) resources (e.g., a hop) are sounded. In some cases, a UE may receive a control message from a network entity identifying the frequency subhop pattern. In some cases, the network entity may configure a UE to transmit repetitions of the SRS in a same hop across consecutive symbols to increase a probability that the transmissions are successfully received and decoded by the network entity. As such, the network entity may configure a repetition factor for the frequency subhop pattern. In some cases, the frequency subhop pattern may introduce a frequency overlap between subhops.

    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for statistical delay reporting for adaptive configuration of delay budget are described. An apparatus is configured to measure delay statistics, at a UE, that correspond to a delay budget for traffic associated with LCHs. The apparatus is configured to transmit, to a network entity, a report associated with the traffic for the LCHs. The report including an indication of the delay statistics that correspond to the delay budget. Another apparatus is configured to receive, from a UE, a report associated with traffic that is associated with LCHs, the report including an indication of measurements associated with delay statistics, measured at the UE, that correspond to a delay budget for the traffic that is associated with the LCHs.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, directed to configuration of communication states for bandwidth parts (BWPs) in which a network node may communicate with a user equipment (UE). Such communication states may be implemented to conserve power and serve cell traffic. In some aspects, an apparatus may be configured to obtain an indication associated with configuring a first set of BWPs from a network node, each of the first set of BWPs corresponding to a first communication state of a set of communication states for the network node. The apparatus may be further configured to communicate with the network node on a set of resources in one of the first set of BWPs, the set of resources being associated with the first communication state of the set of communication states.
