Abstract:
The inventive pulley device for one of a chain and belt provides an inner ring, an outer ring, at least one row of rolling elements mounted in a rolling chamber defined between the inner ring and the outer ring, a pulley secured in rotation with the outer ring and provided with an outer radial surface for engagement with one of a chain and a belt. A screw for mounting on a support is housed radially inside the inner ring and a mounting support element is provided with a passage opening for the screw. The opening is tapped, with a complementary tapping of a thread arranged on the screw, the screw is provided with a groove, offset relative to the thread along a longitudinal axis (X40) of the screw and in which the tapping of the opening is received.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a pulley device for tensioner or idler for a belt or a chain having a pulley, a bearing, a spacer supporting the bearing and including a through bore, a fastening screw extending in the bore, and an axial retention member for the screw, the axial retention member being fixed to the spacer and providing a retention member that cooperates with the screw.
Abstract:
A cable transportation system with at least one haul cable has a supporting structure with a tubular portion defining an axis of rotation; a pulley extending about the axis of rotation; and a bearing assembly, which is connected to the pulley and the tubular portion to enable the pulley to rotate about the axis of rotation with respect to the supporting structure, and has a first and second bearing arranged concentrically and in series, so as to ensure rotation of the pulley about the axis of rotation and with respect to the supporting structure utilizing at least the first or second bearing.
Abstract:
A bearing device for a wheel has a bearing including an outer race having double-row outer raceway surfaces formed on an inner circumference thereof, a hub wheel and an inner race having double-row inner raceway surfaces formed on an outer circumference thereof so as to be opposed to the outer raceway surfaces, and double-row rolling elements interposed between the inner and outer raceway surfaces. The bearing has a constant velocity universal joint coupled thereto with a screw fastening structure by fitting a stem section of an outer joint member to a shaft hole of the hub wheel, in which the shaft hole of the hub wheel is formed by penetrating the hub wheel into a cylindrical shape over an axial direction of the hub wheel.

Abstract:
A pulley device comprising a rolling bearing including an inner ring defining a central bore, and outer ring and rolling elements mounted between the inner ring and the outer ring, a pulley secured in rotation with the outer ring and provided with a feature for engaging with a transmission member. The pulley additionally includes a screw comprising a head and a shank housed in the central bore of the inner ring, the screw being configured to fix the pulley device to a motor support. The pulley device also comprises a first sleeve arranged between the inner ring and the screw, on the side of the motor support. The first sleeve includes an inner surface that has a frustoconical portion having an increasing diameter toward the head of the screw.
Abstract:
This set of roller bearings, which is a grounding bearing for a rotary machine, comprises a first-angular contact rolling bearing having a first outer race, a first inner race and first rolling elements, a second angular-contact rolling bearing having a second outer race, a second inner race and second rolling elements, a mount in which the first angular-contact rolling bearing and the second angular-contact rolling bearing are mounted. The first outer race and the second outer race are arranged in the mount either directly one beside the other or via the interposition of an intermediate member, the axial stiffness of which is greater than that of the mount and than those of the first and second outer races. Application for example to asynchronous motors.
Abstract:
A hub unit includes a hub of light material forming a cylindrical portion, a flange and a radial recess having a surface facing the flange, and two bearing rings axially aligned around the cylindrical portion of the hub; a sleeve locking device is radially interposed between the cylindrical portion of the hub and the bearing rings, and comprises a retaining portion engaged in the radial recess of the hub, a terminal edge which preloads the bearing rings, and one or two cuts extending in an axial direction.
Abstract:
In a creep preventing rolling bearing apparatus 21, an inner ring 12 is provided with a first key groove 13 opened at an inner peripheral face 12i in an axial end portion 12t. The first key groove 13 is provided so as to have a predetermined length L in the axial direction from the axial end portion 12t at a position having a certain depth D from an outer peripheral face 12o in a radial direction. A rotation shaft 17 is provided with a second key groove 13′ on an outer peripheral face 17o along an axial direction. The first key groove 13 and the second key groove 13′ are aligned and a key 18 is inserted, whereby the first key groove 13 and the second key groove 13′ are fixed at the same time.
Abstract:
A tolerance ring has a band with outwardly extending corrugated protrusions forming waves that engage an outer surface of a shaft. At one end of the tolerance ring is an inwardly flared guide surface extending axially and radially from the band. The guide surface acts as a tapered entrance to a bore of a housing to assist during assembly.
