    Abstract: A tricone bit having one or more bearings with deposited lubricant layers is disclosed. The lubricant layers may comprise one or both of a metal-phosphate and/or solid lubricant. The lubricant layers may be disposed on one or more of the bearings, the journal bases, and/or the cones. The lubricant layers can also be used for applications of bearings other than for tricone bits. The deposited lubricant layers may be more persistent lubrication for tricone bits, such as air-cooled tricone bits, compared to conventional lubricants for tricone bits. The metal-phosphate layer may include one or more of zinc phosphate, manganese phosphate, iron phosphate, or the like. The solid lubricant may include one or more inorganic fullerenes, tungsten disulfide, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, graphene, or the like.

    Abstract: To obtain a second assembly, first, an outer ring and first roller cassette of a first assembly are supported by a first support tool and a hub wheel of the first assembly is supported by a second support tool, and then the second support tool is moved upward, so that a roller support surface of the second support tool is introduced to the inside of the first roller cassette in the radial direction. Then, after a first seal member is attached to the outer ring, the second support tool is moved downward in accordance with the re-insertion of a cylindrical portion of the hub wheel into the inner periphery of the outer ring, so that a first inner raceway surface is inside of the first roller cassette in the radial direction while the roller support surface is ejected to the lower side of the first roller cassette.

The plurality of spaced teeth may be operable to true up a cylindrical surface of a roller-skate bearing seat and a vertical surface of the roller-skate bearing seat. The first handle may comprise a protrusion longitudinally extending from one end. The second handle may comprise a receptacle at one end configured to slidably receive the protrusion. The plurality of spaced teeth may be disposed about an upper rim of the receptacle, on an upper rim of the first handle, about the protrusion, or both.

    Abstract: This application is directed to an apparatus for providing electrical charge to a vehicle. The apparatus comprises a driven mass, a generator, a charger, a hardware controller, and a communication circuit. The driven mass rotates in response to a kinetic energy of the vehicle and is coupled to a shaft such that rotation of the driven mass causes the shaft to rotate. The driven mass exists in one of (1) an extended position and (2) a retracted position. The generator generates an electrical output based on a mechanical input coupled to the shaft such that rotation of the shaft causes the mechanical input to rotate. The charger is electrically coupled to the generator and: receives the electrical output, generates a charge output based on the electrical output, and conveys the charge output to the vehicle. The controller controls whether the driven mass is in the extended position or the retracted position in response to a signal received from the communication circuit.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a packaging sleeve for a full complement needle roller bearing, wherein the packing sleeve is adapted to accommodate at least one set of needles of a full complement needle roller bearing, and wherein the packaging sleeve comprises an outer cylindrical sleeve, wherein a shoulder is arranged on an inner surface of the outer cylindrical sleeve so that the set of needles abut against the shoulder when being arranged in the outer cylindrical sleeve.
