Abstract:
Provided are a method for a terminal transmitting uplink control information (UCI) through a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a wireless communication system, and a terminal using the method. A transmission power to be applied to the uplink control channel is determined on the basis of a value subordinate to a PUCCH format, and at least one type of UCI is transmitted from the physical uplink control channel by using the transmission power that is determined, wherein when the PUCCH format is PUCCH format 3, and the at least one type of UCI includes acknowledgement/negative-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) and periodic channel state information (CSI), the value subordinate to the PUCCH format is determined on the basis of the number of bits of the ACK/NACK and the number of bits of the periodic CSI.
Abstract:

The method includes the steps of: receiving a transmission block; and transmitting an ACK/NACK signal for the transmission block in a first subframe or a second subframe according to the size of the transmission block, wherein, when the size of the transmission block is smaller than or equal to a reference value, the ACK/NACK signal is transmitted in the first frame, when the size of the transmission block is greater than the reference value, the ACK/NACK signal is transmitted in the second subframe, and the second subframe is behind the first subframe in a time domain.
Abstract:
A method for controlling transmission powers by a communication apparatus in a wireless communication system supporting a plurality of component carriers; and a communication apparatus therefore are discussed. The method according to one embodiment includes controlling transmission powers for one or more channels per each component carrier; when a sounding reference symbol (SRS) transmission overlaps with a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission in a time domain, checking whether a total of a PUSCH transmission power for the PUSCH transmission on a first component carrier and a SRS transmission power for the SRS transmission on a second component carrier exceeds a maximum transmission power configured for the communication apparatus; and dropping the SRS if the total of the PUSCH transmission power and the SRS transmission power exceeds the maximum transmission power configured for the communication apparatus.
Abstract:

The method comprises receiving a plurality of search spaces, wherein each search space comprises a plurality of control channel candidates and each search space is corresponding to respective carrier. The method also includes monitoring the control channel candidates for the control channel.
Abstract:
A method for a base station to receive an uplink transmission from a user equipment configured with multiple uplink component carriers in a wireless communications system. The method according to one embodiment includes transmitting, to the user equipment, Radio Resource Control (RRC) configuration information for a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS), the RRC configuration information including information for periodically receiving the SRS from the user equipment; transmitting, to the user equipment, Layer 2 (L2) control information indicating states of the plurality of uplink component carriers; and performing a procedure for periodically receiving the SRS from the user equipment on a corresponding uplink component carrier in use of the RRC configuration information. According to whether the corresponding uplink component carrier is in an available state or a non-available state at a time for receiving the SRS, the SRS or no SRS is received from the user equipment, respectively.
Abstract:
A method, and a user equipment (UE), for transmitting control information. The method according to one embodiment includes receiving a sounding reference signal (SRS) simultaneous transmission parameter; and if the SRS simultaneous transmission parameter is true, transmitting an SRS, and, in cell specific SRS subframes of a primary component carrier, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) which coincides in a same subframe as the SRS. The PUCCH using a shortened format carries at least one of a HARQ-ACK and a positive scheduling request (SR). The method according to the embodiment further includes, if the SRS simultaneous transmission parameter is false, transmitting the PUCCH which uses a normal PUCCH format and carries at least one of the HARQ-ACK and the positive SR, while not transmitting, in a secondary component carrier, the SRS which coincides in the same subframe. The transmitting of the PUCCH uses carrier aggregation.
Abstract:
A method and communication apparatus for controlling transmission powers in a wireless communication system supporting a plurality of component carriers are described. When a sounding reference symbol (SRS) transmission overlaps with a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission in a time domain, a check is made as to whether a total of a PUSCH transmission power for the PUSCH transmission on a first component carrier, a PUCCH transmission power for the PUCCH transmission on the first component carrier and a SRS transmission power for the SRS transmission on a second component carrier exceeds a maximum transmission power configured for the communication apparatus. The SRS is dropped if the total of the PUSCH transmission power, the PUCCH transmission power and the SRS transmission power exceeds the maximum transmission power configured for the communication apparatus.
Abstract:
A method of transmitting a reference signal in a wireless communication system; and a user equipment therefore are described. The method according to one embodiment includes selecting one or more values among a set {0, 3, 6, 8, 10}; cyclically shifting a base sequence based on the one or more values selected from the set {0, 3, 6, 8, 10}; and transmitting the reference signal based on the cyclically shifted base sequence to a base station. The reference signal is transmitted on a first orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol and a second OFDM symbol. The first OFDM symbol is a second OFDM symbol among 7 OFDM symbols in one slot. The second OFDM symbol is a sixth OFDM symbol among the 7 OFDM symbols in the slot.
Abstract:
A method for a base station (BS) to perform a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ). The BS transmits an uplink (UL) grant for a first subframe of a second serving cell through a first serving cell. The BS receives UL data based on the UL grant in the first subframe, transmits an acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) for the UL data through a physical HARQ indicator channel (PHICH) in subframe i of the first serving cell and receives non-adaptively retransmitted UL data in a second subframe of the second serving cell if a NACK for the UL data has been transmitted through the PHICH in the subframe i of the first serving cell. The first serving cell and the second serving cell use different UL-DL configurations.
Abstract:
