Abstract: The present invention relates to an eco-friendly and simple super-hydrophobic coating method that does not use harmful substances and special equipment. Coating according to the present invention may be performed as a single process without special equipment, and because only eco-friendly materials are used, the coating material may be easily used and discarded. In addition, even a three-dimensional pipe or a heat-exchanger having a complex shape may be modified to have super-hydrophobicity by applying the present coating, and a super-hydrophobic metal filter may be manufactured and used for oil-water separation. As a result, the present coating method is eco-friendly, simple, and applicable to various substrates, so it has great potential for application in various industries.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a probe set for isothermal one-pot reaction for detecting strains with biologically active biosynthetic pathway and uses thereof. The platform according to the present disclosure selectively binds only to the functional metabolite essential biosynthetic gene cluster by using the probe set according to the present disclosure, and thus it is possible to perform phenotype-based screening on strains isolated using the probe set according to the present disclosure, thereby effectively screening strains with biologically biosynthetic pathway (functional metabolite biosynthetic strains) in a fast and accurate manner. Furthermore, the platform according to the present disclosure is able to utilize RNA as well as DNA as targets, thereby detecting gene clusters that are actually actively expressed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel metabolic pathway for producing itaconic acid and a recombinant microorganism, for producing itaconic acid, into which the metabolic pathway is introduced. Accordingly, the novel metabolic pathway for producing itaconic acid and the recombinant microorganism into which the metabolic pathway is introduced can increase the economic feasibility of itaconic acid, and thus can be variously used in industrial fields for synthetic resins, latexes, food additives, and the like in which itaconic acid is utilized.
