Abstract:
A bearing system for dynamically varying loads and load vectors comprising a plurality of bearing assemblies interference fit to a stationary component and interface fit to a rotatable component to establish relative rotational movement between the components. Each bearing system configured to establish a lubrication pathway through the bearing assemblies.
Abstract:
A roller structure and a manufacturing method thereof are introduced. The roller structure includes a roller rotatable about an axial portion; a bush with an end disposed to an end of the axial portion and has a first stop portion positioned proximate to one side of the roller and another end having an engaging portion coupled to a load; and a second stop portion disposed to the other end of the axial portion and positioned proximate to the other side of the roller such that the roller rotates between the first stop portion and the second stop portion. Hence, the roller structure and the manufacturing method thereof provide a modularized roller structure for carrying a load, effectuate modularized assembly and production, enhance assembly efficiency, attain structural streamlining, and cut costs.
Abstract:
An idler roll bearing assembly, made by a method, includes a shaft having a non-grooved outer surface. A shell extends about the shaft and is rotatable relative to the shaft. A rolling bearing is secured to the shaft. A roll head is secured to the rolling bearing. The roll head includes a portion preventing axial displacement of the rolling bearing. The shell is supported for the relative rotation by the roll head. A retaining sleeve is located on the shaft to prevent axial displacement of the rolling bearing. The sleeve has an interior surface in engagement with the non-grooved outer surface of the shaft. An inner diameter of the sleeve and an outer diameter of the shaft are sized such that the sleeve is secured onto the shaft by frictional interference fit and the sleeve is maintained at a position on the shaft by the frictional interference.
Abstract:
One embodiment of an interchangeable massage roller system (1) provides low-profile, interchangeable support bases (6) for supporting the roller (4) at different heights above the floor (22) and provides interchangeable sleeves (3) fitting over the roller (4), cushioning it according to the user's needs. An afflicted area of the body may be rolled on top of the roller system (1) without any interference from the low-profile base (6) to alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with muscle or connective tissue ailments. Variations in the type of base (6), massage body (4) and sleeve (3) used, allow the user to reconfigure the roller system (1) to maximize performance according to the body part and injury being massaged.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a guide wheel arrangement for guiding two-dimensional material webs, in particular for guiding material webs or material sheets. The guide wheel arrangement comprises a guide wheel comprising an inner central hub section and an outer guide ring, which is connected to the inner hub section in a rotationally fixed manner for guiding the two-dimensional material elements, as well as an insert bushing which is to be arranged on a shaft and is concentrically inserted into the inner hub section, wherein the insert bushing is connected to the guide wheel in a rotationally fixed manner.
Abstract:
A roller insert for a conveyor roller tube includes a cartridge housing having an inside end and an outside end, an outside bearing positioned proximate to the outside end of the cartridge housing, where the outside bearing has an inner race and an outer race, and a stub axle. The stub axle includes an elongate body portion having a drive interface portion positioned distally from the outside end of the cartridge housing. The roller insert also includes a bushing coupled to the inner race of the outside bearing, where the bushing includes a bore portion extending along the inner race of the outside bearing. The roller insert further includes a jacket at least partially surrounding an outer perimeter of the cartridge housing and extending in an axial direction to at least partially encapsulate the outer race of the outside bearing in the axial direction.
